I haven't seen anything from Cedeno since Game 163 to suggest that he's someone you want in a big moment. Yep, gotta roll with Burnes here. Wow what a throw from PINA!!!!

It is only one game. Dozier has been horrid for the Dodgers. Maybe not quite as bad as Schoop, but in the same hemisphere.

Barring some sort of miraculous contributions the rest of this series, he isn't sniffing the playoff roster. No way. Nope ... if this team makes the World Series, Schoop won't be on the roster. If they need another middle infielder, they can grab Saladino. I was so hopeful that Schoop would do something tonight, but he's been horrible. I don't think he's a Brewer next year.

Ugh Schoop ... just ugh. I've been one of his biggest supporters. But man ... so so bad. How in the world did this guy put up the year he did last year. Do AL East pitchers just throw 89 mph meatballs?

I'm not following ... Santana's demotion was 100% deserved. He was horrid at the beginning of the year, and during a chunk of his time in AAA.He finally got hot, and they called him up. Been good ever since.

Santana ... Arcia ... Freddy. Wow! Sure makes me glad I don't work in this team's front office. I would have traded Domingo a long time ago, and Freddy would still be in AAA. These guys know so much more about baseball than I do.

I am very happy to look like an idiot regarding Freddy. He's been nails tonight. Makes me wish they just would have started him. That's a stupid hindsight wish, though.

It would certainly be preferable to get a 2B who is more of a contact hitter that can bat in the #2 hole. I don't think Schoop is a bad player per se ... it's just that this lineup has too many free swinging power guys already. We need a mix, and 2B is the prime place to do it.
