And another bullpen day tomorrow with Chacin on short rest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Chacin is gonna have to man up and go 5. They have Miley and Gio that can provide length. I hope Guerra doesn't have to go tonight, because he may be needed tomorrow or Sunday for 3-4 innings. -
Again, the only pitcher off limits is gonna be Woodruff. This is the playoffs. Every man up. The rest threw rest than 30 pitches.

Whew ... Parra gave that a ride. Lets end this thing now. Way more drama than there should be, but it's playoff baseball. To be expected. We aren't playing the Tigers anymore.

Shaw is a solid defensive 3B too. Doesn't have the arm Moose has, though.

Yep. I can't believe a few were defending that. It made no sense then and looks even worse now. If Keon Broxton is who you need to send up for your biggest scoring chance when you're carrying 14 position players, you screwed up. Yep, that was a definite miss. Of course, if Domingo hits a bomb there, this one is likely over.

Burnes, Knebel, Hader and Jeffress all threw less than 30 pitches. All should still be available tomorrow. I doubt Hader goes, but the rest of them should be fine.

I actually think its been a great game. Don't know what game you are watching? Glad you're a purist and "just enjoy watching good baseball". I'm sure the top of the ninth was great fun for you watching a team grind out two runs to tie it up. That half inning sucked. The game has been great. A joke would have been if the Brewers were down 8-2.

Still have Soria and Guerra that have been pitching great. They are built for this type of situation.

And go to who? Soria? Yes. Are you seeing what the rest of us are? Well yeah, but did you see Jeffress, you know, all season? I get a guy up, but you don't pull him after putting a couple runners on. Now you think about it.

Will not be able to depend on pitching this effective all series. Gotta come through with runs in that situation. No excuse at all for that.

Kinda disappointed this is Hernan and not Granderson.

They might have to consider changing the rules. We might just be seeing "wave of the future" type stuff tonight. Between the Brewers, and the Rays having success doing this in the regular season, it wouldn't surprise me to see more teams give it a shot next season.

How was that a snafu. There is nothing Yelich could have done there where the ball was in and out of Desmond's glove and it looked like a catch. If anything he ended up screwed because he was too on top of things. If he's watching the ball, he at least makes it a play at 2nd. Tough luck, but it is definitely a baserunning error.

Braun has a right to be mad. He wants to win, and that was an opportunity to have two runners on with no outs up 2-0 in the 6th of a playoff game. It was a blatant baserunning snafu from Yelich. It happens. I'm sure both are over it already.
