  1. OK, bottom of the 9th. Only one granny away from a tie!
  2. I think you need to step away from your keyboard and breathe.
  3. I think we just saw that last of Corey Knebel - Closer. It was fun while it lasted. Next man up.
  4. Typically teams that are 15 above .500 are. Let's refrain from blowing one game out of proportion. Also, I'm not laughing. Not sure why you are.
  5. Or just not put him in to begin with. It's obvious that the guy needs to find it. Pitch him in the 6th if you gotta pitch him.
  6. Yep, that was just poor bullpen management today. No other way to describe it.
  7. What happened to Counsell's quote a couple weeks ago that others were going to get save opportunities, based on matchups?
  8. I agree ... enough is enough. Ive been a huge Knebel supporter, but this is a joke.
  9. We're gonna get Good Knebel today, and he'll shut this thing down.
  10. Buncha lefties. Playing matchups. I actually wish Counsell would do this more often with Jennings and Hader, instead of leaving them out there for extended outings.
  11. That is great, because next to Santana and Arcia, he was at the top of the 2017 regression list.
  12. It would probably serve Schoop well to lay off a few of those high fastballs.
  13. Except July 8, July 3, June 22, June 11, May 30, May 20, May 14, and all four of his April outings, you are right!
  14. Great outing from Guerra, but it's pretty clear he's running on fumes now. Doubt they bring him back for the 7th.
  15. Guerra has done a terrific job today limiting the damage on a day when he obviously doesn't have his best stuff. It feels like he's been on the edge of a blow-up inning at least three times today. I'd send him out for the 6th, but I'd have someone warming up just in case.
  16. Great heads-up baserunning by Schoop there. Perfect slide!
  17. Let's take a picture when you post something positive. +1
  18. He has now passed Sogard on the "Brewer 2B Productivity Meter".
  19. Frustrating. Just gotta hope he finds it soon. Villar is 360/385/580 or something since being traded. Only 24 or so ABs though. I'm happy Villar is playing well. Always loved his skill set. Unfortunately I think it was just to the point where he needed a change of scenery. Schoop is going to find it eventually.
