How about Erasmo Ramirez? The guy has been in the show and has been pretty darn effective. We dont have to worry about him walking anyone.

Thank You Mr Attanasio for making us feel like the Brewers matter again. Thank you for making Milwaukee a Big League City again. Thank you for giving us hope as a Buyer at the Deadline. Thank you for keeping Miller Park current with ballpark improvements. Thank you for advertising more games in HDTV. Thank you for making Ben Sheets Part Owner. I sometimes forget about this. I cannot see how he leaves when he has an ownership stake in this team. Thank you for Signing the greatest Closer in the game. While right now most people are not on board, when it gets hot Gagne is going to heat up right along with it. There is nobody in the game Id rather see in there when all the chips are in the pot. Lastly, when the year is all over and we as a team did not fall into total collapse when Yo got hurt - and we are looking DOWN at teh Cubbies and Cardinals - Thank you!

Is it a Riske Season ender? Braun signed his extension? Crew acquires Greg Maddux for a push at the Pennant? It feels like a first kiss all over again.....whats going to happen? Edits: Title updates. - TC, 1992

The Fan in me wants it to be LaPorta cause I want to see what he can do being the young Superstud, but I think Nelson is the best option right now and he just might come up and never go back.

I guess that I still have confidence in Gagne. If I were GM and going to move Laporta, it would be for a starting pitcher most likely. Laporta could come up tomorrow and hit major league pitching.

The guy just put a new radiator in my Father In Laws 85 Camaro for 100.00. The amount of repairs he has done for me I cant even count. I guess its your opinion, but mine is that he is an honest man who does good work at a very good rate.

Gagne needed to close that game out vs the Dodgers more than he needed anything. I say Yost should trot him out there again tonight. Ride this chevy till it can go no more. It might surprise you.

I think that alot of that is done to mess with the hitters as well.

Its most likely the fact that he isnt delivering the ball with confidence. a little pep talk and a "mystery story" telling him he is doing something that he really isnt can give him the boost needed. The guy is the best in the business.

First off a Tuneup should not cost that much. Take your car to Als Service center in South Milwaukee. He is honest and thats all you can ask for. Buy your part on your own and take it to a regular autoshop to have done. Just a corner guy, you know? Autozone has your part for 150.99 So give them the benefit of doubt and mark it up to 225.00 and thats alot of labor! From the limited knowledge I know and a few google searches - its a pretty easy repair and might be fixed by simply spraying some Carb cleaner on it because they do get clogged. Places like Midas - I think they give deals on breaks and mufflers but those places for repairs are horrible.

I also think its a waste of money. Not the fact that he i sbeing prosecuted for purgery because thats a huge deal, but the fact that a steroid case has gotten so huge. Who cares if the guy wants to use Steroids. What about all the Charity work that he does? Why baseball and America feels they have a score to settle with the al time Home Run King, I dont understand. What about Dwight Gooden, D Strawberry, Ty Cobb, John Rocker, why arent these guys being made examples of? This is sad to me. Outside of a well known affair, Bonds is really a pretty good person.

Very Gutsy move putting Gagne in the game after going 2 innings the night before and melting down 2 nights before that. Its rare that I throw out a Yost Compliment, but nice job Ned. That showed that you have big league balls, and getting Shouse up just in case to face Eithier was a stroke of brilliance.

The Greatest Closer in history is on our team. He is back. I just wish he had a longer deal than 1 year cause his jersey is the one I wish I had.

My wife owns a cleaning business in the Milwaukee and Surrounding areas. Her rates are very reasonable, her customers are always satisfied with the job done, and she is reliable and dependable. Most importantly, she is very trustworthy. If you have ever been intersted in giving a house cleaning a shot, this is the ideal time as she has opening for new customers. She does house cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings, apartment cleanings, etc. Her referral program is as good as they come and the prices are the lowest in the area.

Wow you guys are doing this chump a huge favor by talking about it. Free Press.

Sometimes all it takes is to reach your point and break. I have been there many times in life. I think thats what he did. Now you can start fresh, he was built up, let it out and now maybe he can relax a little and get out there and pitch. I am pumped up and hope to see him get a shot tonight. Gagne is the greatest closer in recent memory and he is on the Brewers guys! He deserves some support.

Didnt his career start on the same team as his brother? Maybe its only natural that things come full circle.

Jake Peavy on Greg Maddux - "He can help somebody. It sucks that this is probably the last year of his career and he's got to sit here and be a part of this and have (this be) the last thing he remembers in baseball -- if this thing doesn't turn."

Ben Sheets = Phil Hughes and that 19 Year Old OF (jose tabata?). Prince = The top 2 prospects in any system. He has everything a major market looks for in a franchise player, he is a black guy which is great for baseball these days, son of a former star, and looks edgy. I honestly think that Prince can get you any 2 prospects in baseball. (obviously the Rays cant afford him or the Nationals)

I dispise Roger Clemens. However much I hate him, I love the Brewers 2 times as much. I dislike Dogpoop, but love my dogs so I take the bad with the good. I dont even know that he would consider this right now, but if the Rocket were approached by Melvin, how would you feel? Right now this team is falling from grace and getting the Rocket as a 5th starter could do wonders for the BASEBALL team. Would the public backlash be too much? Perhaps he would join the team in Mid June. Dont kill me for the idea, I am just real curious to see responses. I would be for it.

I just keep hearing a phil collins / Genesis song in my head.
  22. aracko
Possible - maybe I just got fatter cause i stopped working out. I suppose things are really that simple at times.

Id Love Greinke but Id have to think he is untouchable. IF he was expendable I think it would have happened the last 2 years but instead KC Stood by their guy.

Here is my ideal lineup - I expect people to hate it. 1. Cameron 2. Braun 3. Weeks 4. Fielder 5. Hall 6. Hart 7. Hardy 8. Pitcher 9. Kendall I want to see Weeks put into a situation where he can see more fastballs and start producing runs. The lineup needs a shake.

Well I dont disagree with you at all, if there is a better option available, then we should pounce on it. To me, Issue #1 is this team needs a pitcher who can work past the 5th inning. I can see why you would think closer is the #1 issue though - this team seems to have alot of them. Some could make the case that issue #1 is the manager. I dont think there is a simple fix for this team at this point.
