    hmm, seriously? Would you throw me in the Hat please? Teh last time someone told me something was "free" was when I signed up for an "Hour presentation" for a timeshare and they locked me up on a bus with more pressure and pretty pictures than one man can handle.

    Good thing he had the Brewers stellar defense behind him to keep his ERA down. Wow you have alot of stats. Stats cant possibly tell the whole story although I am sure there is a stat to prove me wrong. You might be right but I am a Vargas fan I guess rose colored.

    Yes - your absolutely right about that. But his ability to buckle down in tough spots is something to take note of. If he were able to find that focus for every hitter, well then I think that we have ourselves a real breakthru canidate here. When he buckles down in those tough spots it tells me that the guy has the goods but just has not been able to put it together yet.

    I am probably as big of a Vargas fan as there is. This guy is a winner. I know they say round here that clutch doesnt exist, but id say that he definatly comes up big in big situations. Maybe not cluch but able to reach another level or concentration when the pressure is on. hed be great as a closer quite honestly if he could figure out how to get the walks down. He might not pitch complete games, but there are alot of great pitchers who dont go deep into games.

    Too Generous of you Pedro. I just want a bit of advice on how to take my kids to get autographs. I think that any auto they get or I would get would be a personal moment between yourself and that player - like when I got Shefs auto when I was just a boy. They need to experience that this year.

    Plunge it. Hold a wet Rag over the garbage disposal side to keep it air tight and plunge it. Then do it the other way.

    I always think that my clothes shrink when washed and dryed but the reality is that I am hitting a sudden groth spurt at the age of 29. I dont think its my putuitary gland either.

    It also seems like using FRESH LIME JUICE is a key. I have been using the little glass bottle or the plastic squeezable Limes. This might be a big part of my problem.

    No this is what I want. I have not had much luck so far - in fact the other night I went out and had a horrible margarita and decided I would just settle for the dang Jose Cuervo mix with the 1800 Aguava or whatever that word is. Funny - its 0651 and I could really go for one now. What is simple syrup and where is it found?

    Where did signing "The Kid" Griffey Jr get the Reds? Sure it "put them on the map" and probably helped them sell jerseys and I believe even got them on the cover of a video game and I am sure a few magazines. It gave them big sportscenter time also. But it did not help them win. Like it or not - and I dont like it at all - Prince will have to move on eventually. The Brewers can ask for the moon in prospects and likely get it back. One player can crush a franchise under their enormous shadow that the contract gives. Look at how negetive the AROD contract was for Texas.

    Dont pay him - no way. He wont be a Brewer forever thats for sure. Let him work on being the best and making the most and then trade him when his value is highest. After the season we will take Phil Hughes, Joba Chamberland, and Jose Tabata - we will be a better team with 3 guys making up 15 million than one guy makeing 20.

    Well I have developed a healthy addiction to margaritas but I just cannot figure out how to make them properly. Does anyone have a recepie for a perfect margarita not found on the internet? What I mean is someone with experience making them? I am talking lime margaritas on the rocks

    whatever this means : As owners of MLB 2K8 know, there is currently an issue with framerate which is being worked on. Until the fix is put in place, here is the work-around so that you can play the game as it is intended to be played. The temporary fix takes just a second of your time, but we do apologize for any inconvenience. For Xbox 360: - Sign out of your Xbox 360 profile by hitting the Xbox Guide button (the center button with the large green X), and pressing the blue X button. - You can still save your franchise by signing back in to the gamer profile before attempting to save in the franchise menu. Simply press the Xbox Guide button (the center button with the large green X), select "Sign In," and select the gamer profile you wish to save the franchise to. You will need to sign back out prior to playing another game if you wish to alleviate the framerate problems currently being experienced.     I disagree about Wings not being sweet. If that were the case then Mango Habanero from BWW would not exist and that is about as good as they get right there

    Why not just make them yourselves? So much better - BWW sells the sauces and you can do it like I prefer - get a bottle of Franks Buffalo Wing sauce - and a family pack of Wings from the grocery. Cook the bottle of sauce with a stick of butter. Bake wings in oven for an hour - toss them together. It really is as good as you can find IMO.

    Anyone played the new game for the 360? I think its MLB2K8 but for some reason I am not clicking on all cylinders today. I am just curious how the game is and if its worth me goign to get it today?

    I got 4 surprisingly. I guess I should have gotten 6! I think I might put 2 on ebay and take my wife with the other 2.

    You cant pay Prince wihtout paying Braun, Weeks, Hart, CV, and Yo. The one way a small market club can compete is thru home grown players. This recent trend is somthing that is horrible for Small Market clubs because it takes away the bargains that young players provide. If the Rockies want to go ahead and do this stuff thats fine but it should not be expected at all. We dont give in, we give him his 10 million next year in Arby and we move forward. The Players union is responsible for this, not the Brewers. Mark A is goign to be better off going the Mark Cuban Route and making our home field ammenities the best in baseball. Best clubhouse TV and Surround sound - best clubhouse towels for home and away teams, best pre and after game spread......make it so that players genuinely enjoy baseball here.

    I know of a place in Florida that can match them Sunset for Sunset and was very cheap and relaxing. If its the other accomidations, In Mexico you can get what you need from most of the sunglass salesmen.

    Check the webbing between his toes. Often in this weather they get salt stuck in their toes and it causes an open wound. Rubbing salt on an open wound hurts. If he only yelped the once, Id give him a day or 2 to cure himself. Dogs can hurt those pads and since they have 4 legs (obvious) they just dont use it when its bothering them.

    How about something sponsored by George Webbs. When an HR is hit there everyone in that section gets a free burger. Webbs has been doing alot of advertising lately and that would be a good way to get people in the game afterwords.
