He did say a big bopper like Carlos Lee... implying he would like Melvin to add a big bat through a trade like he did when he added Carlos.

Don't forget though, that 13.5 mil of that 16.5 mil will be off the books after next year. Where as with that 16.5 mil great player (we might have been able to get Lee or Soriano with a little more and I wouldn't consider them great) over many more years. Not to mention there is a possibility that Miller and Clark are traded so they wouldn't even be included in the figure. Before we start complaining about the cost of the bench, lets see what Dougie has up his sleeve.

weel i visted last in may on the 5thand i havent had internet at home for awhile, but that was only page 24 out of 29 and that was like 4 months ago? we can only get 5 pages in 4 months on the drunk thread?? for a Wisconsin based team's site? I mean we are from wisconsin, or were, or have a relationship with the team named Brewers and therefore should drink solely because of the name of the team we are cheer for...

Now that is an inning there... guess we rattled him with the walk by Rickie and the bunt by Billy.

Interesting thing on Gameday, they have Rickie Weeks with a Jr. after it. I thought it might be a mistake on just one of the pages, but it goes throught the whole game.

Alrighty then... there is a problem at brewerfan... I have posted the last two, and soon to be three posts on our almighty drunk thread. I know I am not as drunk as I was last night (however, I will be more drunk tomorrow) but this is rediculous (sp?). It is the weekend before the 4th and nobody but myself is drinking? I really can't believe this, more people need to get smashed and post on this awesomely (is that even a word?) important thread.

You think if MLB started using suspensions and/or fines they could start controlling the umps? I am out in NY so I am unable to see what happens, but it sounds like the ump sorta came after Ned... is that right?

You should be able to enter from any of the exits, not sure about off of MP Way. If you get off at the VA you should be able to go directly to the Preferred Parking, otherwise (if coming in on Bluemound) if you keep driving (instead of going to the General Parking) and head under the overpass it should lead to the Preferred Parking. I never use Miller Park Way to get to the stadium, I find the other ways faster.
