    As long as it stays bunched up with multiple teams competing for the last spot, there is a good chance their best starters won’t be available for the early Wild Card round games. That could makes Arizona a better option if not having to go against both Gallen and Kelly.

    I really don’t get this take. It is a small arm patch that is barely noticeable and brings the Brewers (some) additional revenue. We aren’t talking about soccer jerseys where they are plastered in ads and baseball teams have had arm patches for other things for a long time.

    I don’t think that Counsell is going with him to NYC. It is either something with the Brewers (manager, front office, etc.) or time off for his family.

    I have a few friends who have been worried about Fields taking the Bears somewhere. I’m 100% in your camp about him and have been so since he was drafted.

    That is the essence of a three game series in baseball. Almost any team can advance when you only need to win 2 of 3.

    I believe he’s saying the Cubs are stuck “between rebuilding/contending and will continue to be for awhile.” not the Brewers.

    If multiple posters, over a period of time, keep misinterpreting your posts - to a point where you feel the need to have a signature about it and point it out - maybe it is actually your posts and not everybody else?

    Was that really necessary? I mean, it’s no secret that you and @Brewcrew82 don’t see eye to eye but for as much as you don’t like it when others go back and pull stuff from IGT’s or “tell others how to be a fan” you seem to do it to them frequently.

    Fair enough regarding your original response in the game thread. With that said, I feel like you are reading way too much into the “push back” from the other responses to justify bringing your post over from the game thread. I don’t feel that them pointing out why their reasoning for why they feel the Cubs schedule is harder proves that they must consider the difference to be “significant” in order to respond.
