Our entire lineup minus Rowdy/Adames showed little plate disclipine today. Game was there for the taking. 20 runs scored in 3 games is a very welcome sight to see. How can you complain about the start of this team? 15-8 and the worst team in baseball coming to town. I still don’t feel like we’re playing anywhere near our best ball, plus our starting third baseman making his season debut. Well deserved off day for the club. Go Crew!

Cf is the only massive need that I can see. Obviously they need a good pen arm or 2 and I believe they will get them. But the crew has to find a reliable bat at CF.
-
I’m convinced Willy going on his tear in Pittsburgh awoke this lineup. They’re obliterating the ball right now.
-
Can’t score 1 run or less and expect to win all the time. Still happy with 2 of 3 in Pittsburgh if it falls that way. Lineup needs to find a semblance of consistency.
-
Really nice win for the Crew. 12-7 and a chance for another sweep tomorrow.
-
Final thought, we have to find production at CF. It’s the most glaring weakness at the moment. Go Crew
-
Renfroe’s at bats are so undisciplined. It’s hard to watch him sometimes. He’s the absolute encapsulation of lightening in a bottle.
-
It really has been brutal. Problem is 3 more will make up only 20 games played, and is that enough for Stearns to make another one of his early season bargains? I hope so. We need another bat badly.
-
Cousins just continues to give games away. He has to find another pitch. When he can’t command his slider all he has left is a 96 mph fastball with no movement.
-
I kind of feel the same way. It’s not an enjoyable display of baseball.
-
What the heck is Wong doing? That should be renfroe’s ball all the way..
-
For sure. Would be a good 3 for most teams.
-
Centerfield is probably the single biggest hole we need to fill. Cain is still valuable as a defensive replacement and base runner but really nothing more.
-
This offense definitely needs another bat. It’s especially clear when you watch Philly’s lineup Vs ours. Urias and another good bay would put us over the edge IMO.
-
Willy is so much fun. By far the position player I enjoy watching the most.
-
this umpire is awful. No consistency, terrible strike zone. Awful.
-
Frustrating inning. Stranded the bases loaded with no outs, then Freddy kicks an easy double play that allows a run to score.
-
Adames needs a day off. Or maybe just DH him. Tough at bats and some bad luck.
-
I feel good about Williams tonight. He just has to get ahead and bury the change up. Predicting 2k’s here
-
Yep, but that wasn’t luck haha. Smacked that thing well.
-
Renfroe having some really bad luck. We need production out of that spot. Have to hope the tide turns soon for him. Philly is a great spot to start.
-
What do you guys see happening with the roster once Urias is back? Send an arm down or a bat? If so, which one you guys thinking. I could see Keston going down but hope that’s not the case.

Wait… what? How does one do this

Another day where Yelich doesn’t hit a ball out of the infield. His metrics all say he’s hitting the ball hard and barreling up a ton of pitches but the eye test says his bat speed looks rough and he can’t drive the ball. 1-15 with 2BB’s and 6KK’s in his last four games.

TNT I believe. Bally just does pre and post i think.
