  1. He kills me with his humor! The irony is that I think he is actually working as a stand up comedian. I see him promoting his appearances. So if his Brewers tweets are actually intended as comedy he's a comic genius.
  2. I follow Kato, purely for the comedy of his Brewers rants.
  3. Nice job Albers, see you in another 6 to 10 days I guess? Not sure why he's seen so few innings lately.
  4. Loving the bloop hits I hope that's extra infuriating for the Cards.
  5. Do we give Albers the 6th and JJ/Hader 7, 8 & 9? I don't think Albers has pitched lately.
  6. Brewers are 5-1 against the Reds, split 3-3 against the Cards and are 1-2 vs. the Pirates. They've been fine against division teams not based out of Chicago. But we need to be more consistent. Even the Pirates have had our number lately. 9-10 vs. the Pirates last year. I don't see splitting series against teams as struggling or getting "owned". Could be better sure but the Pirates aren't a toothless team and I'll take a split against the Cards or Cubs any day.

  8. There we go! And against Conforto the guy that messed him up last time. Great week of baseball keep it going.
  9. Big out there, one more and nobody remembers this hiccup.
  10. Well coming into this inning the situation couldn't have been any better for a major league closer and Knebel isn't executing. Lead off bomb and walking the 9 hitter on 4 pitches. Gotta be better than that no matter what inning you're pitching.
  11. Ugh... Corey get it together. That pitch was grooved.
  12. 7, 8, 9 hitters coming up for the Mets, bring out Corey. Get the bounce back appearance for confidence.
  13. That had to feel good for Sogard, base hit in the 10th and scoring the winning run, and I'm happy for him. I'm not a big fan of Sogard the player but he seems like a good dude and I'm not a heartless monster. Now, back to the bench sir, until your inevitable DFA.
  14. Good afternoon, good evening and good night! This Hader guy, he might be a keeper.
  15. Feeling like we need to keep the Mets at 2 runs, Syndergaard looks locked in.
  16. Sure, yikes. *shrug* I'm looking at 5 thru 9. Doesn't seem great to me. I understand what CC is doing but that's still not... inspirational. But hopefully the bottom of the order stays hot. That's all. Edit: Honestly, it's not even the 5 thru 9. Arcia is Arcia, he's gotta play and this is definitely a game you put him in there. It's the 5, seeing Perez hitting 5th bothers me. I don't even know how you fix it. Could move Saladino there instead the way he's been hitting but I kinda like him where he is, maybe if they swapped Pina and Perez. But does it matter that much? Probably not.
  17. Cain Yelich Braun Aguilar Perez 3B Pina Saladino 2B Arcia Davies Yikes.
  18. My driving peeve lately has been, just driving on a normal city street, 2 lanes with parked cars on either side, if there is a car approaching in the opposite direction they will happily cross over the center line into my oncoming lane so that they can give that parked car a good 5 to 10 feet of clearance. Meanwhile they're coming about 3 feet away from my car, which isn't parked and is moving towards them at or above the speed limit. What logic makes these drivers feel like the parked car is a bigger danger than the one moving right at them? Yet it happens over and over and over every single day!
