  1. Great run back! Wish Jaire could block…
  2. Can’t make any mistakes on offense with the defense playing like this. No margin for error.
  3. Where has this Dillon been all year?
  4. I have heard about enough of MLF talking about his football friends. All of his friends lead directly to Packer losses.
  5. Haha, every time I think I’m out…
  6. Well, time for a shakeup. Only question is how big it’s going to be. Could be fun. Or could be a dumpster fire. But I bet it won’t be boring.
  7. Man, Jenkins is a shell of himself.
  8. I was going to post this in the Badgers thread, but didn’t want to sidetrack it for the Badgers fans. I’m not a big UW guy, so my angle here is from a Packers perspective. We all know Leonhard was supposedly the top choice for D coordinator two years ago, but went back to Madison, and many Packers fans are wondering if now is the time to revisit this. But my biggest concern is this: as someone who does not follow the Badgers closely, I need someone to talk me through why Leonhard in Green Bay moves the needle. I mean, maybe all this end of an era stuff for the Packers this year is making me too cynical, but the current decision-makers had three “finalists” for the DC job two years ago: 1) Leonhard, 2) Barry, 3) Evero. Leonhard didn’t want the gig, went back to Madison and has had a challenging year this year (granted, not a great situation, and largely outside of his control). They chose Barry who has been a lateral move at best compared to Pettine. And the guy they didn’t want at all, Evero, has been a revelation in Denver. Again, I don’t watch the Badgers more than maybe once a year, so maybe I’m missing the obvious. But why should I trust that the guys who blew it on Evero vs. Barry were onto something with Leonhard?
  9. Yes. Off the top of my head, if I’m the Chargers, I can’t get his agent on the phone fast enough in that scenario. I don’t think the Packers will or should cut bait on MLF. But if they did, and if Rodgers wants to run it back one more time, I think Sean Payton is the guy. No matter how much it takes.
  10. 400 yards and 27 points to one of the worst offenses in football, at home, in a game you have to have, with first rounders everywhere. Heads have to roll for that. Period.
  11. Well, no one covered themselves in glory here, but if we’re in the mood for mid season changes, I see no reason to keep Barry around this week. What are we really trying to do? We need a miracle table run now for this season to mean anything anyway, so might as well shuffle the deck. And after this year, who knows what we’ll have. Might as well get a good look at some new defensive blood.
  12. Can’t make this up. D plays like poo for three quarters, but balls out in the 4th and the offense (mainly Rodgers) decides, “well, guess this bed isn’t going to crap itself.”
  13. Rodgers has completely lost the feel this quarter. Just brutal.
  14. Well that horrible pass should about do it.
  15. If you’d have told me, that in the 4th quarter, Henry would have under 70 yards and a 3ypc average, and Tannehill on pace for well over 30 passes, I’d think we were cruising. Funny world this is.
  16. Feels like we’re watching it all slip away tonight. A season, an era.
  17. So, I’m starting to come to the conclusion that if Mike Pettine would have had Rasul instead of Kevin King as CB2, we’d have another ring.
  18. So, I didn’t have us losing this game to Tannehill’s arm, but here we are.
  19. And a really nice play on the 2-pointer. Ok, MLF
  20. So, the center getting cooked up the middle by Quay, hooking him practically from behind and redirecting him away from the QB isn’t a hold? Really?
  21. Good grief. World Cup doesn’t start till next week…
  22. Running the option now? We’re really emptying the playbook.
