  1. Jealous of Swanson’s approach there with 2 strikes. He’s their 8-hole hitter…
  2. They make no contact, weak contact, and hard contact. Doesn’t matter. Cruel game.
  3. He had a big lead off third, not much he could do on that. Just hit to the complete wrong spot.
  4. Nice field design, Truist Park. Chain link fence in 2021? Brilliant, just brilliant. Why not put a moat and some wood stakes out there on the wall too, you know, for funsies.
  5. Shocker, the umpire convention confirmed the original call.
  6. Rat farts. I still think Rowdy has another big hit in him this series.
  7. He has a ton of potential. I wouldn’t be shocked to see him be 1B to Byrnes’ 1A next season and clearly better than Brandon Woodruff.
  8. Not quite enticing enough on that last slider. Back to the danger zone.
  9. Pedro is impressed. I’ll take this assessment: “I love Freddy Peralta. He possesses a very powerful four seam fastball, and nasty slider, he’s going to be aggressive in the strike zone and he’s not intimidated by any situation. I think he has the make up to be a big league pitcher for a very long time.”
  10. I’d certainly agree if we were rolling Willy Peralta. Can’t trust that guy.
  11. Or rolls over it…he certainly won’t get it up in the air. Yeah, I’ve been fooled two or three times this year checking his batted ball data. He’s got one of the best hard-hit rates on the team…and the highest ground ball rate, too. Brutal.
  12. I will repeat the mantra: my worrying will not improve the Brewers’ chances, my worrying will only shorten my life…
  13. Man, Tampa Bay is obnoxious. It’s not enough to have a white-hot Brady, but they go out and sign Antonio Brown again and he steps right in and goes off. Absolutely intolerable.
  14. Yellow line was a yard short. Thanks, Fox
  15. Wait, what? Not a first down?
  16. Cobb dragging a defender, no call. Good grief
