Peterson is so big for this team right now. He just created a run by getting on again in front of that double. Brewers need to ride with him for a while.
-
Why can't everyone do what Jace does and not swing at balls and get on base??
-
Asking this team to score 6 runs to win a game seems like a big ask.
-
Huge. Umps are crushing the crew. Of course Wong error doesn't help
-
That's the same pitch Yelich stuck out on isn't it??
-
I'm wining because Yelich can't hit anymore?? Lol. Take his poster down off your wall bro. I wasn't responding to you, bro. My bad. My apologizes.
-
There was an article on the team site and he sounded completely lost. Hey you do realize that everyone here knows you only come and whine and complain when the Brewers are losing right? If the Brewers come back and win this game we all know you will disappear. You know all this, right? Just checking. I'm wining because Yelich can't hit anymore?? Lol. Take his poster down off your wall bro.
-
That's happened already there only for him to return and be the same guy. It's over man.
-
The fact that Yelich just tried to walk again on a fastball right in the zone tells you he doesn't believe he's good anymore.
-
Don't the Brewers have a film room?? Do they not have film of Paul Molitor?? Quiet. No leg kick. Short stride throw the hands. Worked for him. Leg kicks are not a good look.
-
One of the biggest issues I have coaching 12 year olds is getting them to lay off high out-of-zone fastballs. They do eventually get it for the most part, though. The fact that a 24-year-old former 1st round hitting prodigy cannot get that is simply disgusting. So true man. It really is shameful.

It wasn't the mustache apparently

I almost wonder if a starting pitcher might be acquired who would give the Brewers the flexibility to move Houser to the pen? That would theoretically strengthen two areas. I still like Houser as a starter, but his history indicates he is close to elite out of the pen. Zack Davies is on the fire sale pile in Chicago

Good to see Jace keep his job but I understand the rowdy pick up even less now. I keep hearing that we can't start our best guys because we have to watch our innings. Ok fine but Richards was a decent major league reliver who could help get the ball to Hader. I don't understand this team sometimes it it sucks.
-
Does Houser ever have a nice easy 6 inning outing?? The guy hasn't been terrible but he is not fun to watch and is a rally waiting to happen.

1) Wong back Thursday puts Peterson at 1b or the bench. Solves multiple criticisms of yours 2) Cain back around the 20th solidifies CF and puts Bradley on bench 3) Vogelbach back around Aug 1 improves the offense at 1b/ph/dh 4) Topa hopefully back in August strengthens the pen 5) Shaw back in mid-August strengthens 1b/3b/ph/DH Wong back for how long?? Cain back for how long?? Topa who knows?? Shaw makes us better I guess but he was hitting 200 when last seen. None of these moves says hey David don't take any calls. we good.
-
We pinch hit a guy hitting 132 and 168 tonight. What more do we need to see??
-
Stearns please pick up the phone man. The corners are a mess. Center and LEFT are a mess. We need to make something happen man. the bench is embarrassing. The division is there for the taking.
-
Too many games lately come down to Pablo.
-
JBJ should be released if it means Taylor or him when Cain comes back.
-
I remember when we were upset anytime Yelich had a day off. Now we are like Taylor for Yelich?? I'm cool with it.
-
I've never seen umpiring this bad but I'm guessing the all star break for umps is a big deal too. They seem to be mailing this series in.
-
Honestly in how many spots are the Brewers better than the Reds?? Dangerous situation if Brewers don't upgrade this lineup. Also would help if Wong's calves were not made of paper.
-
Now that Yelich is just a average mlb player this team needs a huge bat to really go the distance. Nelson Cruz is available but seems to be done playing the field. Joey Gallo would look great at first base. Mancini doesn't really excite me. Anybody else we can get for our small batch of prospects??
-
Need to win one of the next two. Going into the break up 6 would be very nice work.
