Imagine this being a GM's philosophy to building a team. Imagine the Brewers actually having good pitching.

The Stearns mantra of pitching depth is a failure. If you have alot of scrubs and AAAA pitching you don't have enough. Go get somebody anybody before they come back from the break. This team needs a spark.

Another 0-2 pitch cost this team. If Hook is let go this will be the story of why. He couldn't get them to execute this simple part of the game.

Counsell hasn't been good this year in my opinion but the guy hasn't had any cards to play with. Stearns has left him hanging in my opinion.

This organization is cursed pitching wise.

Just saw the explanation from Counsell on why they won't just put Braun on the IL since they don't want to use him. This team has been a mystery all season with its roster management. He didn't even give an answer as to why it doesn't make since to play a man down against a division rival who is right behind you in the standings. It is unbelievable.

The lack of 2018 Cain is even more of a killer than no 2018 shaw or Aguillar.

The Grandal leadoff experience needs to end also. Not sure what else they can do. Maybe just put Cain back there and live or die with him. It's a mess.

This team is lucky to be in the central. Who would have thought that. Reds have better starting pitching better relief pitching and just as good lineup if you ask me. I think brewers are in big trouble.

All things considered offense starting pitching and relief pitching what team would you rather be right now? Reds or Brewers?

This is why resting both Grandal and Yelich yesterday made little sense. You know you are facing their ace the next day so a win last night would have been the play. Oh well right now it probably doesn't matter who plays when. We stink.

Smith should replace Wilkerson. Hart no, stats stink. Jay Jackson’s been unhittable since he was sent back down after his less than stellar audition. Maybe he should be given another chance. Devon Williams has been dominant, FB 95-98. He’s pitching in Sunday’s futures game. Williams has to be on the 40 man next year I think. I would love to see him get a shot. Jackson too.

It is amazing that the two guys who looked pretty good when called up Donnie Hart and Burch Smith can't get a look again. Wilkerson Barnes Williams they get twenty a piece.

It's almost as if Counsell kind of look at the matchup and thought we aren't winning this one so let's just go with this. Tough to explain this lineup. Castillo tomorrow too. Going to be another lost series.
