Brewers have played 124 games. Josh Hader has appeared 39 times. Unbelievable.

Lyles feels like a white flag. I dunno. Maybe planning on scoring 6 next inning.

Anyone know where brewers are in gidp? They have to be top 3. Lack of athleticism needs to be addressed in offseason as well.

Guausman Hammels or Fiers would have been such a boost to this rotation. Davies has been horrible in the minors and they are thinking of bringing him back. One of those guys make him moot.

Freddy gets through five at least. Offense is Mia so doesn't matter much. Nice to see him battle through.

I'm out. but to be fair I've been out for a bit. I'm not sure they even finish higher than third in the division. Me too. This will be an interesting off season. Counsell and Stearns both should feel a bit of heat after this collapse. Have to decide on Moose and Schoop. Find a take for Braun or Thames. Decide what's up with Arcia. Lots to do if they want to get serious.

Watching this is like watching that high school kid who has no clue where the ball is going and the fielders are all caught off guard when a ball is hit. Let's see if Counsell actually gets him out before the game is over.

Watching Freddy pitch is as painful as it gets. A one pitch pitcher with zero control is no fun.

Woodruff must really have nobody in the organization at this point who believes in him at this point. No other explanation for why he has been given zero chance to take hold of Freddy's spot. Crazy.

I wouldn't have minded leaving him into the 4th or 5th it if there wasn't a very clear reason to pinch hit him in the top of the 4th. Down 4-2, 1st and 2nd, Cubs have just pitched around Pina to get to Guerra...that was our chance. Counsell just doesn't seem to have that feel on situations like this. I know Murphy the bench coach is his friend but what else does he bring to the table. It's like Counsell has nobody in his ear.

18th round pick. He's a nice MLB utility player that will probably be a .260/.320 15-20 HR utility player type. Most teams have guys like this in their system, this guy just happens to have had the luckiest stretch of his career in his first month. Let's not get carried away with "mash." Who have the brewers called up mid season who mashed like this? I don't recall one. Dude looks legit to me.

Jacob Barnes has pitched more innings than Hader. He has been sent down 3 times!! What does that tell you?? How that cam be the case is all you need to know about how he has been mismanaged. Unbelievable lol I meant to say more appearances. 41 to 39. My bad.

I mean if the Cards win tonight Brewers are gonna have to win 2 of 3 to keep them at bay. Cards new manager seems to have a clue where Matheny did not. Trouble brewing.
