Logan will be a test for the new era of accountability that was started with Arcia and Bandy being sent out. No way you can continue to carry Logan if he is a one batter pitcher who cannot get that one batter out.

Williams seems better when he starts the inning but overall I agree.

Anderson gives up an 0-2 hit. A walk and bad D. That will do it. Oh and a ton of guys left on base. Bad loss to guys honestly I have never heard of outside of Abreu. 6 unanswered runs by the worst team in mlb.

Boone Logan has one job on this team and can't do it. Enough already with this guy. The money is spent. He is not worthy of his spot at this time.

Anderson is behind on everybody. Almost like he knows his stuff is down and trying to miss bats. I dunno what the deal is but I realize the 2017 version is asking a lot. We need better than what we have seen so far. This team's starting pitching is shocking and not in a good way. Guerra has saved our bacon.

Regardless of outcome lots to be worried about with Anderson. He looks terrible. Velo down from last year. One strikeout so far against triple A competition. This should have been easy W with 3 early runs. Dangerous way to start a trip if you lose this one.

I don't understand the relationship between Orlando Arcia and the hitting coach. Is it they refuse to sit together and watch film?? Is it that the concept of plate discipline is a subject they are not comfortable discussing?? How can you watch this kid hit and not be able to explain you cannot hit with your back leg flying towards third base? I don't get what is happening. If he is uncoachable send him down. You cannot keep watching this. He is not turning this around unless they start with these basics.

The two runs they scored were lead off walks. I will never understand why pitchers can't avoid doing the one thing that it has been proven you cannot do.

I can see the Braun conversation from both sides. That said the track record is too long to be ignored and you just feel like if he can get it together this offense will be dynamic. It isn't in his contract to bat three though. If he needs to be moved down so be it.

Great move to pick up Salindino by Stearns for nothing. Guy looks good with the stick and has rep of solid glove. He has done more in a week than Sogard has in a year. He should stay awhile.

I have been watching this team for 25 years and there are few players I have enjoyed watching less than Jett Bandy. He is terrible. Can't hit, run or throw and has never had a big hit I can remember. Shocked to see him and Hader on MLB network earlier today in studio. Who wants to talk to Jett Bandy?

Man, crew in very tough shape already in the pitching department. Not that it is a surprise but it's very early for this. You just can't have a starting rotation of guys who throw 85-88. Mistakes will fly a long way at that speed. I would bring up some of the youngsters who have better stuff. They will make mistakes but have much more margin for error.

Aguilar with big AB also. it is going to be a big mistake if he is sent packing. He is a big weapon off the bench.

Braun behind Cain and Yelich and in front of Shaw is going to almost make teams forget about him at times. He hasn't had this kind of talent around him in the order since Prince. Going to be fun!! He is going to drive in 110 health permitted.

Good pick up for the crew. Now Drake can be sent packing. Bring up Williams and its all good in the hood. Hopefully Drake has no takers and will go to AAA for depth. -

Hey guys. First time posting. I am very concerned with the pitching side of things. Especially if we end up with Miley and Suter back to back. Add in Davies and Chacin and we don't have a fastball over 90. Asking for trouble if you ask me. I love adding Cain but thought the plan was to turn around and add pitching with the extra body. Doesn't make sense as far as use of resources.
