I hope so. It seems logical though. Overall a close game that could have went either way. The brewers were able to fight until the end, which was good. De La Rosa stil perfect in ERA.
Astros with the bases juiced and no outs in the 4th. They pulled a brewers here. 2 strikeouts and a groundout for no runs. Yes, it's not only us. 12 LOB in 4 innings for them. edit: brian jordan is with the braves again? I didnt hear anything about him after he played with the Dodgers. Apparently he went on to the Rangers in 2004 and then back to the braves in 2005. edit edit: Make it 20 LOB now.
Lets keep the free passes at a minimum today. I'm actually kind of glad of the game time, due to I will not be able much of it and go crazy if the Brewers pull off another one like last night. Anyways, Lets go brewers! Edit: just saw the lineups. It's nice to see a change to show that the Brewers do have enthusiasm and will do what it takes to win.
Weeks needs to do something soon or he's going to lose confidence in me. Sure. He's only been up about 27 times, but has also struck out 10. Last year he certainly wasn't impressive. Yes, he hit his monster shots, but on the other hand he struck out once every 3.75 at-bats. I guess all i'm asking for is maybe a change in the lineup. Maybe give weeks a day off or clark. Something has to change is basically what I want. I'm not saying a permanant change.. but just something to shake things up.
I dont really see the Royals contending lately, but ok. 2002 62 100 2003 83 79 2004 58 104 2005 56 106 Maybe that 83-79 is what you were talking about.
I'm sure everyone would be happy with a win. Also, the Yankees have averaged 11.5 runs per game in their four wins, so it is possible to put up big numbers quite often. But yes, 5-6 runs is fine with me, as long as our pitching does well.
Yes, I am also skeptical on him, but I did see some success from him when he kept the ball down in the zone. If he can control his knuckle and keep it low, he does seem to get outs, but if not, stick a fork in him.
Who do we want to win. The Cubs or St. Louis? I think i'm rooting for the cubs today, since I know St. Louis is the better team and we can use every loss the Cardinals get.
1st and 2nd with one out in the 8th. Cmon boys! Edit: Strikeout for Rickie It's up to dun dun dun.. the Prince. This is the perfect time! Show em you can be a King.
2005 first week of of broadcasting Theres a link to the first week in last years schedule. I myself don't have XM, but i figured you can see for yourself if there were more games in 2005 than 2006.
does anyone know if turnbow has changed back to the familiar side of the rubber? If not, it might be good for him to go back soon to get used to it before the regular season.
I just hope escobar can get more than singles, and maybe watch the ball now and then. Has he walked yet? But he's looking alright so far. Better than I thought he would.
Hart goes 2-4 with a solo home run, a single, and two RBIs. Started at 3b. Hammond pitched 2.1 innings, giving up 5 hits, 1 run(earned), 1 bb, 1 so. Wolfe pitched a perfect 1 inning to get the save.
