  1. Good hustle. The grandals and Cain’s of the world would have been halfway down first
  2. The bullpen has their own version of football turnover chain. You have to wear the gold plated “L” until the next reliever tomorrow loses
  3. Agreed, I hope they keep him around as a coach going forward. Suter is awesome, he pitched just fine today. Alvarez has hit ~ 50 home runs between AAA and Houston, so not that big a deal giving up a homer to that beast of a hitter. He will wear the “L” today
  4. Oh look, another bozo. Really? I'll just wait for the moderator to jump in and reprimand you for name calling. I'm sure that will happen. This place is over moderated. Sticks and stones........
  5. You literally never have to throw a Milwaukee Brewers a strike. Ever
  6. Only if every pitcher could also touch 99 with his fastball and had good off speed stuff You don’t have to throw 99 if you throw it high with a tail on it. A lot of these hitters have no chance. Watch gamel swing underneath belt high straight balls. Its ridiculous As you watch suter striking out guys with an 88 mph fastball up

  8. If every pitcher just pitched in the same spot that cole pitches in every game, every score would be 1-0, 2-1 in the uppercut launch angle age of mlb
  9. Good for suter. But this will be ugly He is the opposite of Jackson though. He works fast
  10. Put him and Woodruff 1-2 all of a sudden the future looks a bit different. Maybe Miley will talk us up
  11. Two bunts. One swinging. That’s how you win games!!!! Problem is the next guy will probably strike out
  12. I wonder where the brewers are in making outs outside of the zone compared to the rest of the league It seems like nobody throws them strikes. They might get some walks but they swing at crap
  13. Has cole thrown one in the strike zone this inning. Christ
  14. Brewers are probably, going to have to sweep the cubs this weekend. 3 out of 4. Might not even be enough if we lose ground today and tomorrow
  15. These shifts are so goofy. It would have been nice to get a double play on that
  16. Thank god for football season. Now that Yelich is done hitting homers there really is nothing left to watch It’s time to put the brewers down mercifully At some point teams will start winning games. The whole hoping for the wild card team to have 84-85 wins is not a good strategy.
  17. If brewers win 5 out of 7 against cubs they have a shot. Anything less than that will probably be the final straw
  18. People have a very poor understanding of probability. You have to take chances on seasons when you're in the race. You cannot give up and sell every time there are holes and you aren't a big time favorite. The more seasons you have in the race, the more seasons you have a chance to win things. Obviously if they had a very low postseason probability (like 7+ games back of 2nd wc at the deadline) go ahead and sell, but this season is certainly worth a shot and is not over with the 2nd wc. This year the brewers being in a race was lame. They were a bad team. This whole it’s baseball so we might win 20 in a row is just not a good strategy. There has to be some underlying reasons to be optimistic This team sucked out loud. The signs were everywhere. If he could have got some good future pieces for trades it should have been done. But I. Of the opinion we really had nothing to give up. So you just gut it out this year and be crappy
