  1. The black hole in our lineup cant come thru with men in scoring position, I'm shocked.
  2. Well he hasn't been used in 4 days. That must feel like 12 weeks to RR.
  3. Plush is letting his emotion take over his game. He just took the bat out of our best hitters hands while in scoring position.
  4. 1 out, men on 2nd and 3rd. They're not done yet...
  5. He was out. Catcher tagged him up by the "B" on his jersey before Rickie touched the plate.
  6. These stupid Giants fans are booing every outside pitch that is not called a strike. Not one of them have been in the zone.
  7. Seems like McGehee is getting caught looking at strike 3 far too often these days. He always has this "what?!?" look on his face to the ump every time. He doesn't have a clue up there.
  8. Agreed. He might be the trading chip we need this off-season when we want to fill the 3B and/or SS position. Hopefully he has a good second half and put up some eye-catching numbers for potential suitors. I think he's peaked and its not to say he isn't a good player, I just think if you trade him now, the Brewers will have received the "best years" of his career.
  9. Agreed. Could not get excited over Betemit and frankly, as bad as Casey has been, did not see him as a significant upgrade at all.
  10. I guess I can now feel comfortable stating I believe RR may be insane. Because, by definition, it is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Continuing to put Betancourt and McGehee in his everyday lineups after their continual miserable play is making my theory that much more plausible.
  11. I know for sure Haudricourt doesn't think about Green at all. On one of his recent appearances on 540ESPN he was asked about options for 3B if Caseys struggles continue. All he could come up with is bringing up Gamel and giving him a shot. If prominent local beat writers like Haud aren't aware of players like Green, how would they ever think to ask Melvin about bringing him up?
