    I live in DFW … I have a text thread with all my college friends (40 plus years ago) They were chirping pretty loud until Hoskins hit the grand slam …. suddenly they are quiet I acknowledge that I was a little obnoxious during the early 80 ‘s when we used to see the Brewers & Rangers several times each season They never got over it & hammered me last Fall when Texas finally won the World Series Hopefully, the Brew Crew gets their championship soon

    The only other starter I’ve complained about this season is Bryse Wilson … his weight bothers me as much as his mediocre pitching … I am not a fan of “fat” athletes - it’s undisciplined … but again - I don’t HATE the pitchers - just watching them pitch is unpleasant

    After the Sanchez take on a 3rd strike … I was not hopeful Nice rally by the Brew Crew … a little old school approach - slapping oppo singles with a big triple in the mix Tobias has been fortunate to pitch with sizable leads recently Hopefully, he goes 7 strong & we scratch out a win in this otherwise awful series

    I’ve enjoyed watching Joey Ortiz acclimate to 3B over the first half of the season Early on, he was out of sync - now he is exceptional defensively both fielding & throwing to 1B

    I’m aware that White was DFA’d & sent to Nashville. He gave up 5 runs tonight & lost a game for the Sounds. We don’t need projects like that - play the youngsters.
