  1. Favorite 2024 Brewers Joey Ortiz Blake Perkins
  2. Now that Gasser is dealing with another injury, I have a super unpopular opinion to share … I would package both Uribe & Misirowski in a trade for a quality major league starter with three years of availability Their significant control issues outweigh their 100 MPH arms … that will often end up with surgery

  4. I hope Wilson slogs through inning # 7 - save the bullpen & take one for the team
  5. You’re being kind Wilson is fat - needs to drop 40 lbs easy
  6. Bryse has looked mediocre his last few outings I can’t believe we need him as a starter He’s had some good games but he’s another end of rotation “guy” - not a quality starter
  7. This is truly unbelievable I don’t ever recall this many starting pitchers on one team having injuries How on earth is Milwaukee in first place 1/3 of the way into the season? What are our options? When will Junis & Ross be available - & stretched out?
  8. Unpopular opinion: I believe - based on Ortiz alone (six years) - Brewers win the Burnes to Baltimore trade … anything DL Hall can add to that trade is gravy … & then there is the comp pick!
  9. I enjoy your comments & posts as a general rule - you obviously have a ton of baseball knowledge I simply don’t see how the squeeze with no outs by Frelick was a good idea
  10. I wonder if Adames & Contreras are playing tomorrow in Philly? 😉
  11. That bunt is another example of why I don’t think Murphy is a good in game manager That was an important run - wasted opportunity
  12. What an awful decision to bunt there I hope that wasn’t Murphy’s decision My word - no outs & a safety squeeze Stop being cute … this is MLB
  13. Yeli’s arm is not great, but he has certainly improved defensively & worked to be a decent LF. That was a good throw!
  14. if Freddy had pitched better than a mid-rotation starter & gone six innings against this dreadful White Sox offense, Murphy wouldn’t have sent Herget out for a second inning. I hope Freddy’s mediocre performance today doesn’t come back to bite us late in this game.
  15. Maybe my post should have said: He’s not pitching as well this season as he did IN THE 2nd HALF of last season
  16. Okay - that’s good to know I think you’re helping confirm that he’s a mid-rotation pitcher 😉 I thought he was better last season but I was wrong
  17. I would categorize Miley as a player coach with veteran savvy - often injured & anything but an innings eater
  18. So happy for Jackson Chourio He needed that as much as the Brewers did today
  19. He’s not pitching as well this season as he did last season He is a good - not great - MLB pitcher Depending on the team - he could be a 1, 2, or 3 Sadly, he’s not an ace on a team with mediocre starting pitching
  20. Are you suggesting otherwise? Do you think each team’s #1 starter is an ace? I believe there are probably only 15-18 aces MAX in the league & some teams have a couple of them (like we did last season)
  21. He was last year & it fit him & the team much better than being a #1 starter in 2024
  22. Have you watched Freddy all year? He’s had as many poor games as good games.
