  1. How has Alexander pitched in his previous three outings? Sadly, he may be needed in Milwaukee later in the season.
  2. Scarily similar to Yelich in 2019 … & he’s never been the same since - not even close. So glad this is only a bruise!
  3. 25% of the time - 19 of 76 games - the Brewers have scored 1 or 0 runs. That is unacceptable & falls squarely on the shoulders of GM Matt Arnold for assembling such a terrible offensive roster.
  4. Bush remains a disappointment … another DFA candidate along with Winker … hopefully ASAP Last night’s game was a “rare” enjoyable game to watch This afternoon’s game was another wasted three hours This team is dreadful I’d rather watch Nashville
  5. We’re really good at … frustrating our fans scoring < 2 runs per game (27%)
  6. Because he’s not a good hitter Another discarded player picked up by Milwaukee
  7. Younger, better, more likable brother 🙌🏼
  8. It’s a rainy, muggy day here in north Fort Worth TX. I’ll be home tonight & plan to watch the game start to finish. Here’s hoping the Brewers have a “rare” great game. I love baseball but this team has been hard to watch recently. A little offense … 5 runs would be great … & it will be an enjoyable evening.
  9. Any news on his return? It’s been several weeks now.
  10. I’m equally opposed to aluminum bats in college baseball No to artificial turf No to aluminum bats Yes to grass fields Yes to wood bats That’s my story & I’m sticking to it
  11. You are now my favorite forum poster 🙌⚾️
  12. The Brewers are broken … they have been for a few years A few pitchers returning in the next month doesn’t fix the offense I pray we won’t “buy” at the trade deadline This team cannot win this year
  13. Just checked the score - another brutal offensive performance So glad my work prevented me from wasting another three hours watching this dreadful team play Thankful to have a break from Brewers baseball until Friday night
  14. Our 2 & 3 hitters are hitting. .198 & it’s not mid-April but mid-June How embarrassing and please - don’t tell me “ batting average no longer matters”
  15. It may be they only post during losses but follow the in game threads all the time
  16. Corbin needs a fresh start somewhere else He pouted after arbitration & has been a lesser version of himself most of the year I’m sure we will hold onto him but I fear his value will only decline the longer we wait I’ve always preferred Woodruff anyway - in spite of his injuries
  17. Excerpt from “Brewers Beat” … The Brewers have considered installing artificial turf at American Family Field for a couple of years, but they haven’t moved forward with that plan yet. One of the benefits, beyond ending the long battle associated with getting grass to grow in a domed stadium, would be expanding the number of events when the Brewers are away. I HATE this idea - I hope this NEVER happens. Baseball should ALWAYS be played on GRASS!
  18. He has looked very good lately - I hope he stays hot He’d have to play extremely well for anyone to trade for him
  19. Yikes … Strez has been off recently … he may need some time in Nashville to get right - he definitely needs to be moved away from late innings relief in close games
  20. I love to live my life by principles I know better than to invest my time in activities, events, & relationships that constantly produce aggravation & frustration … with very little enjoyment In spite of that knowledge - I consistently watch this team … probably 150+ games per year … & I experience quite a bit of disappointment So … to all the counselors on the board - How do you stop loving a team after 50+ years?
  21. Milwaukee is depending on far too many AAA players to win ML games Singleton, Monasterio, Perkins … not gonna get it done at this level
