I’m disappointed that Jones didn’t get more at bats - even as a DH

I’m a HUGE fan of Black … he was impressive when I saw him play in person back in May His speed is better than advertised His bat is for real too He was more than adequate defensively He has a strong arm from 3rd, but might be a better 1B or DH option I actually like him more than Hiura this year as a replacement for Tellez & Winker

Yes - Candelario would be a huge improvement over Tellez & Winker No - please don’t trade Black … I believe he will be an impact bat for us as soon as next year

Not until early August - assuming no setbacks

I hope they land SS Wilson from Grand Canyon with the first pick & a top college pitcher at 33

Winker needs to go at the break DFA this evening would be ideal

I agree I was embarrassed to be a Brewers fan That was Little League - maybe T-ball cringe worthy … like a cute little kid running to third base from home plate That lack of on field awareness is unforgivable at the MLB level

I would only consider that trade if we could sign Robert to an extension … & even then it might be difficult I want to see Chourio in Milwaukee for a decade or more - home grown talent signed & developed in our system would be sweet

Cream - by far the best looking jersey I like the road Gray too

I still can’t believe EDLC stole three bases on three pitches I’ve never seen anything quite like that before

That was a GREAT defensive pick by Miller at 1B! Credit where credit is due. He looked like Votto on that play! 👏😊🙌
  12. edfunderburk
I hope not I’d rather part ways with Mitchell or Wiemer In a perfect world - I’d like to keep all of them
  13. edfunderburk
Winfield was a college player at Minnesota I believe Yount came from high school Incredible
  14. edfunderburk
I love all those players & hope none are traded I feel the same way about Frelick
  15. edfunderburk
I still marvel at how Robin Yount only played 64 minor league games before becoming the Brewers starting SS at age 18 (back in 1974) - that is truly amazing!
  16. edfunderburk
He’s been remarkable for the last month So exciting to see him hitting well once again
  17. edfunderburk
I hope Tellez returns & catches fire like Yelich & Adames have recently If upon his return it is more of the same … I’d love for the Brewers to release Tellez & trade for a better bat to play 1B later this month at the deadline

If Taylor returns after the break - who should he replace? Tapia (my vote) Perkins Jones (please no)
  19. edfunderburk
Votto looked like Miller on that hit by Contreras
  20. edfunderburk
That was a terrible call no doubt, but it was strike one … a $26M per year former MVP had an opportunity to recover & failed this time … but he’s been great recently & that’s baseball The Reds are silly good, young, & fun & they took advantage & cashed in quickly I hate that they play in our division … they will be good for the next several years
  21. edfunderburk
Yes … older & better at this stage Age is a factor but so is talent If not - we need to sign Nelson Cruz (age 43) who San Diego recently cut loose
  22. edfunderburk
He is far more exciting than what I’ve seen of Chourio What an incredible talent He is already one of the most exciting players in baseball
  23. edfunderburk
Cincinnati is currently a better overall team than Milwaukee That despite our pitching being much stronger
  24. edfunderburk
This game feels far too similar to the recent heartbreak loss games against Pittsburgh & Chicago (twice) Too many opportunities to score with no runs produced I hope that doesn’t cost us a winnable game today
  25. edfunderburk
This has been an issue all season
