It is hard for me to recall how bad Corbin Burnes was the year he had an ERA over 9 before he became a Cy Young winner. I remember many people suggesting Burnes had “great stuff” (one of my least favorite baseball phrases) when the results weren’t there. My hope is Brandon Sproat takes the Corbin Burnes journey to success. He’s a “difficult watch” this year. Hope next year is the breakout season. -
Love the effort by Sproat. That looked painful. Hope he’s okay.
-
It is so disappointing that only one Brewers player will be playing the All-Star game this year. Both Turang & Bauers should have made the team. I don’t plan to watch.
-
We woke up! Love Bauers. Great at bat by William beforehand.
-
I hope Murph gives Yelich the second game OFF … no matter how much he wants to bat
-
I understand & agree. It’s quite sad for Leonard as it prevents him from making his MLB debut. He would also be far more helpful if called upon.

We have the best FO in baseball. I can’t comprehend how anyone in that FO believes Jones is the best option for the MLB infield bench role. He should have never been re-signed after he was DFAd. I feel the same way about Kuhnel. I hope Jones & Kuhnel (once he is off the IL) are off the team shortly never to return. They make Blake Perkins (who I really appreciate) look like a HOF player.

Stallings back up for DH? I can’t believe Greg Jones is on the roster … he will ply tomorrow too

I edited my post as you were responding 🙌
-
What was his nickname? Hondo? He was a giant man - like 6’7” Wasn’t he a Brewers coach for a bit?
-
At 70 pitches, I would say he wasn’t given the opportunity to get through five innings
-
I would gladly exchange Tyler Black for Christian Yelich as a DH through the end of the season … even & the next two years
-
We definitely have a strong bench tonight - Turang, Vaughn, Frelick, Sanchez Unfortunately, Yelich is back in the leadoff spot
-
Cubs win tonight but lose 1/2 a game in the standings to Milwaukee
-
Is your dad’s online forum name Overachiever?
-
Brilliant 🏆👏🙌💪😂
-
Wow … I want to know the answer to this question
-
Has Gasser outpitched Miz today?
-
No reason Gasser can’t go 8 innings tonight. His pitch count remains low. That would be such a boost to the bullpen.
-
I’m listening to the radio broadcast … What did Yelich say?
-
I love watching Sanchez & Vaughn run the bases … it almost makes me think I could still play a few innings 😂
