  1. If Milwaukee truly values defense, they can’t keep putting Hamilton at SS. Just call up Pratt already … or even Williams … or keep Ortiz there … but a Hamilton can’t be a regular at SS
  2. Cubs down 5-0 to Pirates after one inning. This is truly glorious.
  3. I hadn’t checked their stats for 2026. Maybe Lopez would be a great addition after all. 💪
  4. I believe the rule is three innings required for a save if the lead is less than three runs when pitcher enters game
  5. Why wouldn’t we give our top prospects a chance rather than trade one or more for an “okay” MLB player like Edwards or Lopez?
  6. Or we could simply promote prospects to see who can play several weeks before trade deadline
  7. another all-star play by the incomparable PCA he’s been brilliant the last 10 days https://x.com/PlatinumKey13/status/2058978904451252575/video/1
  8. Ashby with an easy 8th Hopefully he finishes this game & saves the bullpen
  9. Missed the Yelich slide … too busy laughing at Cubs Reddit after their 9th straight loss
  10. Another nice at bat by Mitchell. He’s looked better the last few games.
  11. Because Vaughn is one of the slowest players in MLB I’m more surprised they didn’t pinch run for him
  12. I could care less about a no-hitter I’m only concerned about winning the game I’d also like to see Miz go 7-8 strong innings to preserve the bullpen for the next few games And as a bonus, I’d like to see the offense score runs beyond the first inning
  13. I hope Ortiz breaks out in the next 1/3 of the season. He is due to have a run offensively.
  14. I’m saving my prayers for Woodruff to rebound & remain healthy once he returns
  15. When I saw Gasser & Sproat listed as starting pitchers for this Dodgers series, this is exactly the result I anticipated.
  16. Gasser followed by Sproat against two-time defending WS champs is difficult to watch Not our best look extra innings to a weary bullpen
  17. Mitchell has had two good plate appearances today - both with good results If he can become consistent & lower his strikeout percentage - he’s a keeper
  18. One of my all-time favorite Brewers. I met him in the early -70’s when he played for the AA Shreveport Captains. Such a nice guy. He had a cannon right arm both at catcher & in RF for Milwaukee.
  19. Turang seemed to let up a bit maybe not anticipating a close play at 2nd. He was out on a missile from Pages. Incredible throw.
  20. Sproat at 43 pitches after two innings on a day we need / length from him Suggestion: STOP WALKING DODGERS PLAYERS
