  1. He’s been a pleasant & welcome surprise. Converting from relief to starter has been helpful with so many injuries. I believe he’s got a bright future with the Brewers. He alone would have made the trade with Boston successful.
  2. I enjoy listening to Vinny Rottino call Brewers games. He is knowledgeable, courteous (doesn’t talk over his partner), & he genuinely loves the Brewers.
  3. Wow! That was a bomb to straight away CF! Mitchell - if healthy - adds a powerful bat to this lineup.
  4. I enjoy watching William Contreras bat, catch … play baseball
  5. Three runs is quite a few to overcome. We need this game to win the series - especially with Sanchez pitching tomorrow against the Brewers “Sunday” lineup.
  6. Looking ahead to next week when Milwaukee plays Cleveland:
  7. This game is speeding by … less than two hours as we enter the 9th
  8. During stressful games, this forum is therapeutic to some of us
  9. I bet Pete Vuckovich from the 1982 Brewers could throw one tomorrow without warming up … & his arm is still injured
  10. I’d love to see Miz get a complete game shutout Who is the last Brewers pitcher to throw a complete game?
  11. Miz is pretty good, but he probably wouldn’t make the 1982 Brewers roster 😏
  12. In spite of the ballpark conditions, all three of these games were winnable. This was a poor showing tonight & last night as well.
  13. Rats … stranded runners cost us last night & may very well cost us tonight too. I surely hope the bullpen can clamp down & hold the lead for Sproat. He deserves a break. Another series win would be sweet. A loss here would be disappointing to end a lengthy road trip. Come on Crew!
  14. I hope this is an audition for a Medina with the trade deadline coming up. He would be a solid addition to the Brewers bullpen.
  15. Sanchez is quite slow. It may take an extra base hit for him to score.
  16. We’ve been waiting on this performance by Sproat all season. Would never have guessed it would happen here. Hope he can go at least one more inning. So good to see him step up tonight.
  17. Sproat deserves credit & affirmation for four shutout innings in this homer friendly ballpark
  18. We need a HR here because there is no speed on the bases with Vaughn & Sanchez
