Pollyanna optimism doesn’t make the team any better either
Being realistic isn’t necessarily negative
I love the Brewers & want them to win
Losing two home games & going on the road for three games in a seven game series leaves me little room for optimism
I can’t imagine that the most optimistic people in this forum truly believe that Milwaukee will suddenly come to life in LA & make this a competitive series
This is has been an incredible season … it will soon come to an end against a better team that is playing their best baseball of the season while we are limping to the finish line
Thank God we had enough left in the tank to knock off the Cubs & keep them quiet this offseason
I surely hope we don’t get swept in four games putting a damper on what has been a remarkable season
I fear we may have missed our best chance to “steal” a game last night
This is no longer enjoyable to watch
Peralta is only good for five innings
I hope they trade him next week or as soon as trades are permitted
Disappointing Freddy strikes once again
Murphy left him in too long
Put Frelick in RF & play Perkins in CF
I want to win a World Series championship as much as anyone … but I’m not stressing over losing to the Dodgers because they have far better, more experienced players.
While I’m not “satisfied” with the best record in baseball or a division title, winning the series over the Cubs made this a successful season for me. Anything more will be icing on a delicious cake.
As I’ve posted on several occasions …
Once the season ends, I look forward to trading Freddy for a few quality prospects
He’s been a good player, great personality, loyal teammate … but I don’t trust him - especially in big games like this one
