  1. Nice recovery by Harrison I like him better than Sproat as a breakout candidate for our 2026 pitching staff
  2. I was a college newspaper editor & I have a journalism degree. I love “made up” words like this one. 🙌💪👏🏆
  3. Sorry to be tardy … had to take a break to help my wife with a task … love the Yeli bomb to complete the Brewers comeback 💪⚾️👏🙌
  4. Woodford has given up plenty of hard contact in his brief Brewers career
  5. I hope Woodford goes three innings today to save the bullpen
  6. How often does Levering say “just missed it” on a routine flyball to the OF?
  7. And he followed it up with a SB to get into scoring position
  8. At best, I assume they were hoping to win a low scoring game. Sproat was overmatched & the Brewers fell behind early with odds against a comeback.
  9. According to Grok: On Sundays, the 2025 Brewers record was 18-9. They were 9-4 at home & 9-5 on the road.
  10. Just to clarify my comments: I’m not suggesting we “get rid of” Sproat. I’m suggesting we “option” him to Nashville & bring up Gasser to start. I want to see Sproat succeed as much as anyone on this board, but allowing three HRs in three innings today - regardless of poor OF play - is brutal … especially with walks & poor control. It’s not giving up on someone to suggest he’s not quite ready yet. Here’s hoping we get “Freddy like” results from Sproat over the next six years.
  11. This lineup - especially with Sproat as the starter - doesn’t feel like a Murphy “win today” lineup. Today’s game is 180 degrees opposite the first two games. We look like the White Sox today. Uninspired baseball through three innings.
  12. Murakami would look good in a Brewers uniform - especially for two years & $17M
  13. There had to have been better options available to replace Vaughn than Quero. That transaction seemed odd initially & today’s game has validated my concerns.
  14. I love to watch Brewers baseball I hate to watch bad baseball Those are usually not present on the same day Unfortunately, today is one of those rare days
  15. I’ve seen enough. Sproat may help later, but we have too many quality arms in AAA to watch him struggle at this level. I hope Gasser starts in his place next week.
  16. I was so looking forward to our right handed lineup against lefty starters this season. Losing both Chourio & Vaughn early in the season makes for this interesting “Sunday afternoon” lineup! Here’s hoping it produces Sweep #1 in what could be a great start to the 2026 season.
  17. Awful … hope this is NOT the new City Connection uniform … yuck!
  18. Aaron Ashby on pace for 162 games. FUN FACT: Mike Marshall went 15-12 for the 1974 Los Angeles Dodgers, which would make perfect sense if he were a starter. But no. He compiled that record entirely as a reliever. Marshall made 106 appearances.
