  1. Not very well. Weak unintentional bunt … easily thrown out.
  2. Not looking good for tonight. Disappointing effort by the offense. Fairly impressive effort by our pitchers.
  3. This was always a “trap” game with Gasser & Crow being the primary pitchers here in homerland. Not sure I’m ready to trust Sproat tomorrow (or anytime soon), but whatever it takes - we need to win 2 of 3 here in Vegas.
  4. I don’t understand how you forget how to play defense. Milwaukee has been awful defensively on this road trip. Fundamentals matter. This is infuriating. If a home run follows …
  5. I agree … those stranded runners could have helped get us to double digits
  6. Again - stranding runners in a game like this is costly
  7. Or Pete Vuckovich’s son … had to include a 1982 Brewers reference to keep everyone happy
  8. Leaving guys stranded on 2nd & 3rd in both the 1st & 6th innings may be difficult to overcome
  9. Chourio could give us the lead here … amazing These games remind me of the 1970’s Heavyweight Boxing matches
  10. I went to the restroom, came back to watch the game & we’re down three runs. Not sure I have the patience to watch the entire game. This is a combination of several things - too small a ballpark & too many injuries to our starters requiring us to use less than MLB arms in our rotation. Disappointing but life goes on.
  11. Cubs lose again … 7-3 to Rockies Cubs Reddit calling for Hoyer & Counsell to lose their jobs A Brewers win would simply be icing on a delicious cake
  12. I’m proud of Gasser. He’s pitched decently in a difficult environment. Hopefully he’ll get through six innings before he departs. Good effort thus far.
  13. My fear is all the hitters will start trying to crank HRs & all the pitchers will no longer trust their stuff when we leave town
  14. Is the new Las Vegas Stadium a dome? Can anything be done to make the park MLB quality? Will their field dimensions be similar to Coors Field?
  15. This isn’t baseball. It’s not fun or funny. It’s killing the pitchers stats. Harrison’s ERA almost doubled last night. That could cost him an All-Star bid & bonus. This was a bad idea. One game - maybe. Three games - horrible decision.
  16. Patrick has pitched the last two days. I doubt he’s available tonight. And Megill may not be able to pitch due to a minor injury.
  17. He may have to go five no matter the results … or at least 80 pitches since we have such a taxed bullpen
  18. Mitchell looked lost on that routine fly ball to CF. Gasser is. Fly ball pitcher. This could be entertaining.
  19. Nice start in this Little League Park. We may need 20 runs tonight with Gasser & Crow as our primary hurlers available. Let’s keep scoring.
  20. He appears to be a platoon bat against lefty starters these days. Apparently, his defensive limitations (1B or DH only) prevent him from playing every day.
  21. After watching last night’s game - I’m terrified. Wouldn’t it make sense to throw ground ball pitchers in an open air stadium in the desert with no humidity? Gasser may set a record for HRs allowed. What about Crow? Is he also a fly ball pitcher? Mercy,
