  1. Frelick’s my favorite current Brewers player I believe his 9th inning hit last night to tie the game was huge … it sounded like a Molitor hit back in the day His OF assist (throes to 3rd base last night) was also a key to victory Frelick showed up ready to play again today - truly a quality MLB player
  2. He appears to check all of the “other” boxes … I believe those awesome personality & inspirational traits are severely offset by his inability to manage his pitching staff
  3. This is my sentiment exactly … he truly is a “great interview” & an extremely likable person … but something is missing as a game manager. He won MOTY in 2024 “in spite of” rather than “because of” his in game decisions with pitching changes & who & when to pinch hit.
  4. I repeat … Ortiz will breakout in the middle 54 games of the season He is far too good a player to retreat his .185 batting average as the season progresses
  5. Capra was hitting about .080 when DFA’d Yelich is currently hitting .080 against lefties Not suggesting he should be released … rather, emphasizing how bad he’s been against left handed pitching in 2025
  6. Yeli was lucky against Chapman last night He should only hit against right handed pitchers
  7. No doubt, Peralta has been good this season. Unfortunately, he’s not good today & has failed at a time we needed him to go 6-7 innings to offer our exhausted & overused bullpen a day off before an important series against Philly. I hope he throws 150 pitches today & gets traded tomorrow. His inconsistency is more frustrating than his talent is encouraging. I’m ready for a change - especially with all the starting pitchers returning soon. I would much rather keep Patrick in Milwaukee than Peralta (since this isn’t a playoff team).
  8. Peralta could bring a good return. Since this season is a wash (& it will be a non-playoff season) - trade him ASAP & get quality young assets for a strong run in 2027.
  9. I hope management reconsiders sending Patrick to Nashville “because he has three options” … I’d love for him to be one of our piggyback starters OR even a long relief candidate over Alexander OR Anderson - especially with Ashby & Hall taking some left-handed middle innings.
  10. I completely agree but wasn’t sure how to reference that topic on this board 😂
  11. Oddly enough - I switched back to the TV broadcast just in time for Levering’s HR call
