I hope Murphy will stay in the dugout for several days & let his starters go 6 or 7 innings. Our bullpen needs to recoup from extreme use this past week. I’d rather our starters take a few lumps so we can be ready for the final 2/3 of the season.

This board is dead today. Did everyone punt on the Brewers after last night’s meltdown? If so, I understand. I think I just adjusted my expectations & decided this is a reset year … not a year to compete for the division or even worry about the playoffs.

I think you misunderstood what I said. I’m suggesting that we sell of our vets & promote our prospects so they can get big league experience like Chourio is getting.

Murphy is responsible for the taxed bullpen that led to another unfortunate loss in a very winnable game We are 7 down in the loss column to the Cubs

Chourio is not an MLB centerfielder He has struggled significantly out there I don’t care what the analytics say Those watching him play out there can see he is not able to do so at this time We miss Perkins more than I could have ever imagined
