  1. 84 pitches for Priestley … I hate the “third time through the order” mantra that prevents young pitchers from learning to pitch Our bullpen could use a game off … Alexander better finish this one win or lose
  2. I hope Murphy will stay in the dugout for several days & let his starters go 6 or 7 innings. Our bullpen needs to recoup from extreme use this past week. I’d rather our starters take a few lumps so we can be ready for the final 2/3 of the season.
  3. This board is dead today. Did everyone punt on the Brewers after last night’s meltdown? If so, I understand. I think I just adjusted my expectations & decided this is a reset year … not a year to compete for the division or even worry about the playoffs.
  4. Nice DP by Hoskins! I think it’s safe to say he would not have made that play last year.
  5. When is the last time the Brewers were 7 games out in the loss column? I’m not sure how or where to find the answer to this question - but I would guess it’s been a while
  6. Yesterday was so disappointing Hopefully, we scratch out a win today I’m losing hope for the 2025 season
  7. Great article We need both Mitchell & Perkins healthy & active on our 26-man roster ASAP. Our current OF extras are far less talented.
  8. I love this approach - I hope the Brewers go this route once they have their injured pitchers healthy. 👏
  9. Sorry - that was the MLB Rumors & Transactions from X
  10. I think you misunderstood what I said. I’m suggesting that we sell of our vets & promote our prospects so they can get big league experience like Chourio is getting.
  11. The last three words in my post … “at this time” I’m aware of his age So, has management determined that this is a year to settle for no playoffs? If so - let’s sell off & get other young players & pitchers some big league experience so they too can learn at the MLB level like Chourio
  12. Murphy is responsible for the taxed bullpen that led to another unfortunate loss in a very winnable game We are 7 down in the loss column to the Cubs
  13. Chourio is not an MLB centerfielder He has struggled significantly out there I don’t care what the analytics say Those watching him play out there can see he is not able to do so at this time We miss Perkins more than I could have ever imagined
