We must have starters that can go six or seven innings on occasion We are wearing the bullpen arms out during this 19 games in 18 days stretch No one seems to step up like Rea used to do

True … but Miz has not looked sharp in his last four starts He needs to prove that he deserves a starting role or be moved somewhere soon

I’m not one who suggested he should return to the minors I’m also not ready to compare him to Paul Skenes as many did early one because he had a few good starts He throws far too many pitches I hope we get five clean innings tonight before he tops 90 pitches
