  1. Bye, Im fine with Levering. Also a little drunk and a little baseball bitter, so dont hold me to it. But give me Rock and Levering, BA can do basketball and Dillard can convince someone else hes like so super quirky instead of boring me with his "wild and crazy guy" monotone, add nothing to the broadcast routine
  2. This might not be a popular opinion but Brian Anderson is getting on my nerves. He’s too happy, if I’m watching this crap I want my announcer to be miserable too. The next time he leaves for a stretch I want him to take Dillard with him. For a guy who wants to tell me all the time what a wild and crazy guy he is, he’s boring.
  3. It would nice to get some production for Yelich and Cain’s salary slots. Could buy a lot of depth
  4. 4 runs in 3 innings seems like a daunting task at this point, if they give up another run I’m gone
  5. Angel Hernandez says its going to look super racist
  6. I dont blame Counsell, I’m getting sick of watching this team play too and these umps
  7. Hiura 1.156 ops vs Righites in 39 ABs (6 xb hits) ( he gets more ABs against lefties where he has a .332 ops) Caratini .747 ops vs righties 47 ABs (4 xb) starting DH hitting 5th .553 ops 126 ABs (4 xb) Thays 10 extra nase hits in 86 ABs for Caratini and Hiura against righties. At his current pace McCutchen will need 315 ABs to get his 10. Hes hitting 5th. Vs Fedde Caratini and Hirua 3/4, double 2 bb McCutchen 3/17, double, hr, .578 ops
  8. Not only "he cant be any worse" but his .171 career average in MlB would actually be a slight improvement over Cain.
  9. Including today, theyve score 16 runs in the 8 games this month.
  10. Down 2 in the 8th and I get to listen to BA ramble on about press boxes in DC, he can go back on the road whenever as far as im concerned
  11. He was moved from 4th to 5th in order against righties. Im shocked that it hasnt fixed everything.
  12. If our $30 million dollar MVP caliber player hit like their $30 mil player then I think the Brewers have a better lineup when healthy. But he doesn't, so we dont.
  13. Hiura vs lefties. .332 ops 42 AB's Huira vs righties 1.184 ops 38 AB's McCutchen vs righties .562 ops 119 AB's, hits 4th most of the time
  14. Im sure he'll buck his 3 year trend of being subpar vs righties in the second half of his age 36 season if they keeping putting him in the middle of the lineup.
  15. Hes a below average hitter vs righties for years when they signed him and he bad vs righties this year. At this point everyone but Counsell cam see that.
  16. I felt let they jinxed him when they put up the list of longest streaks, but I disnt want to say anything, because I didnt want to jinx him.
  17. Its hard to win with pitching and defense if you only have one of those things.
  18. ^ We have to hope for a dominant lhp performance of our own. Ashby is capable, if he looks like he looked last time out, theres a good chance. But its definitely a rough spot in the season injury wise. And I agree, Counsell doesn't have a lot of choices as is with the lineup. It is what it is.
