  1. Infield single. Salvaged by a very good diving snag by 2B Ethan Murray. Would have scored a run. Bases juiced. Two down. Curve on the inner black for strike one to his second batter. 0-1 count. Another low and inside curve is fouled down the 3B line. High heater. He looks. 1-2 count. Heater way low and away in the dirt. Miller adeptly scoops it with ease - having a heck of a game Miller. Another curve. Center cut. Fouled back. 2-2 count remains. Heater high and in - nice pitch. Fouled down the 1B line. 2-2 remains. Really solid AB. Bases still juiced. Check swing dribbler rolls foul just down the 1B line. Phewwww. 8th pitch is next. AND in classic ML fashion the homeplate ump takes a gorgeous 94 mph heater belt high outer black and calls it a ball. My gods. What the heck was that?!?
  2. Huge moments for Middendorf here. Men on 1st and 2nd. Two down. His first Shuckers outing was, ummmm, not so kind. Can he execute? 7-4 Shuckers. Two down. Let's hope he has his best stuff. Misses low and well outside pitch one.
  3. Quero gets a 79 mph change-up top of 3. Cantrelle on 1B. Bang-bang play at 2B. MUCH improved pop, throw, and result by my eyes. 1:59:53 on the replay. Nice work.
  4. Wild watching Hayden Cantrelle still working in the Minors. He looks better - physically has added mass. Looks fluid. Made a nice play at 2B to end the 2nd. Playing on the Iowa Cubs at present.
  5. Nice to see Ollie Dunn rip one out of the park. 3rd as a Sound. Took a high heater and punished it. Yes, I am back in the second inning. LOL.
  6. Do I need to add any commentary? In Nashville at 'Bark in the Park'. I mean....what have we become?
  7. 3-2 count. Nice easy poke through the gap between 1B and 2B. Darrien Miller is being checked on out of the dugout. He's pointing to his left knee. He's convincing the men he's ok as he runs down the LF line. Man, he's having a game. Need him in there. He is staying. And we have a pitching change. Whewwww. WHAT A NIGHT!
  8. I am back in the top of the 2nd watching the Sounds fresh. Casey just poked a single to LF. Nice to ride this on easy street. 😅
  9. Why is this hyuggge? Well, the playoff berth is one thing BUT more importantly the Shuckers haven't won their division in any half since 2019. This is setting the record straight.
  10. Murray walks. Bases juiced. Nobody out. 4-4 game.
  11. WILD PITCH. Bunt showing from Murray. He pulls back and the ball goes to the back stop. Runners on 2nd and 3rd. Nobody out. WHewwwww.
  12. OMG Darrien Miller executes an unbelievable bunt down the 3B line to both advance Warren and get him safely to 1B. WHAT a bunt. Phewww.
  13. FOLKS, we are tied in Pensacola. Huge ramifications. We are 4-4 in Biloxi. 3-2 count to Warren bottom of 6. He walks. IF Biloxi were to win. AND Pensacola were to pull one out...well, we'd be division champs in the first half.
  14. Do you have actual pitch movement data? I mean 94.6 mph from Robinson with his movement breakers is HUGE.
  15. Whoa. Hayden is coming in at 94.6 mph?!? That is huge.
  16. Lost in that shuffle: 109 mph on that one hop dart to the LF wall. He was out by 6 feet. BUT NO! An incredible magic step. Unbelievable.
  17. I may have just seen my absolute favorite double I have ever seen by one Brock Wilken. UNBELIEVABLE piece of salsa dancing you have to see to believe. Wheewwwwwww boy. Please do check this out: 2:41:35 I am not kidding when I say this may be the most impressive piece of base running on a double I have ever seen. A true dance-o-matic piece of 'Safe'. Hats off to the ump for seeing the genius. It was incredible.
  18. Mendoza comes aboard and strikes out his first batter (with a man on 2B in a 4-4 game) on three pitches. Like Reyes, Mendoza has pitched much better of late. Love to see it.
  19. 4 2/3 IP for Kuehner. 10 hits. Is that good?
  20. Kuehner follows with a stand up double. That's going to be the end of the line in an unimpressive outing. He was due after pitching quite well of late. Mendoza will try to end the threat.
  21. 4-4 game in Biloxi as Kuehner gives a 105 mph liner 392 feet over the LF wall. 0-1 count. Two down. Top of 5.
  22. Will you write a personal hand-written letter?
  23. BOY, Astros fans sure think we traded Wes Clarke for Shay Whitcomb. MAN alive. IF this is true. Holy buckets.
  24. Put some dang respect on Anfernny's name. He's been very good for the Muddies of late. I scold you. I smack you with a wet noodle on your upper arm! Your dominant arm!
