  1. OR, take a stroll to 1B Brock. No soup for you!
  2. Sac fly from Pratt to mid CF scores Adams standing up. It is a 9-8 Shuckers lead. Let's go!
  3. Man, the ACL Crew are losing a lot of one runners lately. Tough stretch.
  4. Tie game! Boeve smacks a single into RF with the infield in. He didn't hit that hard it just rolled over and found the hole. Runners on the corner. One down. Pratt to the dish.
  5. The plan was 7 innings for Garrett Mitchell after being transferred to Nashville. I'm personally going to go with: (and I am saying this in my head) "The plan is to give Handelfry seven innings tonight to balance this out given he is just returning and we sent Garrett to Nasvhille."
  6. His white moustachioed cousins. Brothers from a different mother kind of thang.
  7. That Vaughn HR, btw, was an incredible hit. Ball was high and inside. Just a hitter's hit. Wow.
  8. Adams was just smoked by a 94 mph heater on his upper left arm. Whewwww. He was visitied. He is taking first. Whewwwww. Dodged a bullet. Men on 1B and 2B. Two HBP in the inning. Murray took one off his back. Ouch!!!
  9. I FEEL YOU my friend. The game is not over. The Brewers, on the other hand, 1-for-10 with RISP is juicy.
  10. Middendorf gives up a game-tying 2-rbi triple. And there is nobody out. His nightmare season continues. YES, he was squeezed. AND, YES he is having a horrendous season. It just is what it is at this point.
  11. This is very very much a strike. BUT, Miller is either falling down or thinks the ball is traveling outside. He walked this batter. 2 on. Nobody out. As per usual, with this ump he failed to see it was a strike. Really poor homeplate work tonight on anything close.
  12. Miller and Middendorf are completely not on the same page and it has cost them two strikes. Very weird.
  13. Boy Mitchell absolutely roped a ball to the LF wall that was somehow run down at the warning track for the final out of the 5th. That ball was hit well. Love to see it.
  14. Zavi Warren has 3 free passes tonight. Man, he continues to have a fantastic season as a whole.
  15. Pensacola lost. Most the Shuckers can do is win and shift that Magic Numero to Uno. 7-5. Bottom of 7. Shuckers lead.
  16. Sounds may be pounding the Cubby Bares but Caissie very much still does damage. That man always finds a hit vs the Brewers affiliates. Heck of a player.
  17. This one ultimately falls on Miller. He botches the catch. He is set up outside. It was clearly a strike regardless but Miller caroms the ball off his webbing down the 3B side and the ump just calls it a ball. POOR form by Blue. Truly.
  18. Ball 3: (bad camera view - very obviously a strike)
  19. Absolutely can confirm. Let's give you photo frames to comply.
  20. Middy was robbed of TWO pitch three strikes. In succession. The second impacted because Miller was mixed up. BUT, make no mistake, the ump blew TWO strikes looking. No doubt about it.
  21. Infield single. Salvaged by a very good diving snag by 2B Ethan Murray. Would have scored a run. Bases juiced. Two down. Curve on the inner black for strike one to his second batter. 0-1 count. Another low and inside curve is fouled down the 3B line. High heater. He looks. 1-2 count. Heater way low and away in the dirt. Miller adeptly scoops it with ease - having a heck of a game Miller. Another curve. Center cut. Fouled back. 2-2 count remains. Heater high and in - nice pitch. Fouled down the 1B line. 2-2 remains. Really solid AB. Bases still juiced. Check swing dribbler rolls foul just down the 1B line. Phewwww. 8th pitch is next. AND in classic ML fashion the homeplate ump takes a gorgeous 94 mph heater belt high outer black and calls it a ball. My gods. What the heck was that?!?
  22. Huge moments for Middendorf here. Men on 1st and 2nd. Two down. His first Shuckers outing was, ummmm, not so kind. Can he execute? 7-4 Shuckers. Two down. Let's hope he has his best stuff. Misses low and well outside pitch one.
  23. Quero gets a 79 mph change-up top of 3. Cantrelle on 1B. Bang-bang play at 2B. MUCH improved pop, throw, and result by my eyes. 1:59:53 on the replay. Nice work.
