  1. You know, what's wild is the Shuckers actually play the Biscuits fairly competitively.. Essentially, had they not absolutely blown their Saturday night game (?) their past series (and the 10-0ish blowout they then suffered in game 6 can just be tossed our the door) they were looking at consecutive 3-3 series splits in the second half. BUT, as we know, it just depends on which Shuckers team shows up.
  2. ^^ This is an AI edit. Fake news! Fake news! That was the Brewers' Jason Lane filling in during the ninth inning.😁
  3. I will put down C Ramon Rodriguez as our best Catcher from Low-A to Double-A at present. This has nothing to do with what you wrote but I'm in the feels! 😅
  4. You quit soiling my sweet Prince! The crowned jewel! 😅
  5. My baseball gods the Rattlers tied the game and Adams has a two out chance to walk it off! Whewwwww. It's 6-6! Man on 2B.
  6. With these ugly playoff developments in Carolina and Wisconsin, this may be a nice pick me up. Considering the outlet, kind of a huge deal:
  7. Which version of RHP Bayden Root do we get? Lead-off single to RF followed by a WP. Ruh-roh Raggy! No bueno.
  8. Eduardo Garcia trying to do too much strikes out on four pitches. Quite over-zealous on an inside pitch outside the zone to go down swinging. He strands Rodriguez at 2B. 4-4 and we head to the 9th.
  9. Dub Dub to LF and Pratt crosses homeplate! It's a 4-4 game!
  10. Man, I love Pratt SO much. Just an absolute Gamer. Opens with a walk. He is not afraid of the moment in any way shape or form.
  11. Rund escapes. Big money bats upcoming. Pratt, Adams, Areinamo.
  12. And, just like that Rund Loses the tie. Two out walk. Two out double. Sigh. 4-3 River Bandits. And, yes indeed, it was ruled a dub but Vargas completely butchered his read. Man, we were seeing some brutal defense by the Mudcats and now Vargas throws his hat in the ring.
  13. Just walked Roccaforte with two down in the 8th. The tension is palpable!
  14. How about RHP Dikember Sanchez pitching 1 2/3 scoreless 4 K innings after Rudy gave up the lead? I mean that's some major work for a young man who was pitching in the ACL earlier this summer!
  15. The AB's I've seen in this post-season from Di Turi, Castillo, and Eduarqui Fernandez? Just so uncompetitive. Tough looks all around with this group.
  16. A Jheremy Vargas double has tied the game 3-3. Garcia HBP and SB set the scene before the RBI poke.
  17. Pretty much every button manager Nick Stanley pressed and didn't press in the post-season backfired. He really had a poor two game stretch. A real bummer.
  18. AND, Shuckers trail 3-2. Kuehner gives up a 3-run bomb. The story of his recent struggles. Sigh.
  19. Mudcats clinging to a 2-0 lead in Game 1 in a scheduled seven-inning affair. Top of 5th, after a groundout to 3rd, Kuehner walked his 3rd and 4th batters. Two on, one out. We have a mound visit.
  20. Molina has been extremely effective in his Low-A innings. I have to think he'll open 2025 at Wisconsin.
