  1. Baseball Propsect Journal on Molina, Tobias, and Dorchies Article HERE Nugget:
  2. I just realized: No Juco pitchers. We see players who have played Juco. BUT, nobody from the Juco ranks. Interesting. Which always goes to show you: a trend is a trend until it isn't. What this says to me more than anything is the Brewers are simply good at what they do and they can't really be placed into a given box whatseover.
  3. I do not. No. I think teams will go quite hard after their preferred UDFA's. I think the competition will be fierce. And, I think the turnover we about to see might be stifling to say the least.
  4. Another Poulson Special. My goodness. Straight outta Illi-noisssss
  5. 19th Rd: RHP Noah Wech, Manitowoc HS WI @wiguy94: my goodness. Take a breather!
  6. If you dip even modestly into Northeast scouting circles it is quite clear Renz has some big fans in the NE neck of the recruiting woods. One would also have to think: St. Johns would be a a bit easier to steal a signing from, no?
  7. RHP Tyler Renz, Cutter University HS in Cutterville. State of 'We Like Cutters.' **I'm kidding. He is from a HS, however. And, he does pitch.**
  8. 100%. I was being cheeky. I'm also of the opinion: when you are very clearly showcasing an ability to develop pitching at every full-season level...draft pitching. It's makes too much sense. And, being the Brewers, I again re-iterate: they find talent anywhere. Do whatever they want. I'll support it. 😅
  9. Man, just a quick glance at Malamazian (who also pitches upper 80's and has a curve, apparently), he has a really nice powerful compact swing path.
  10. AHhhhhhhh...yes. That's much better. Much much better. Apologies. I nearly lost myself for a minute there. Phewwwww.
  11. SS Cooper Malamazian, Nazareth Academy (IL) @wiguy94: Say it!😅
  12. Dubanewicz was Stoneman Douglas' #2 Starter. He went 11-0 w 1 Save and a 1.17 ERA pitching a shutout in the STate Final, apparently. Who was Stoneman's #1? RHP/OF Christian Gonzalez who is also a Florida Commit. 0.69 ERA. 13-0. 1.192 OPS. The nation's 122 ranked Senior. It would appear Dubanewicz is very very committed to Florida.
  13. Another pitcher? **You know there's a cutter in there.**
  14. Gotta love a 16th Rdr when MLB doesn't even have a location or a position listed. LOL.
  15. The SL Squad may be an absolute trainwreck but you absolutely can not complain one iota about the pool of Vet Minimum signings the Bucks just parlayed. My goodness. Trent Jr. on a Vet Min deal? He is 1-of-4 player to hit 500 3's while grabbing 300 steals or more over the past 3 season. The other 3? Haliburton, Ant Edwards, and VanVleet.
  16. Certainly could be. They certainly appear to have enough upside plays throughout to make quite a nice class, but, it would certainly appear they've given us a bevy of Day 3 lotto pick candidates. Shall be quite interesting to see what results of these swings.
  17. If I'm not mistaken, Smith is a transferee to Mississippi State. He actually has really good stuff. This one feels like a lotto stab like Nunnallee. Roll of the proverbial dice. Why not?
  18. Another upside college arm in RHP Travis Smith, Kentucky - coming off TJ as well he also, wait for it... Throws a cutter. Four-pitch mix at present? Maybe five. Upside here as he already sits mid 90's and touches 97 mph.
