I imagine we will see Fisher some time in those first two weeks of August. If we see Ebel it will likely he similar to Payne - ie September. College pitchers, when they pass those Complex baselines, once again likely start appearing in late August. Given the T-Rats are nowhere near the playoff picture, it's all going to come down to how they envision structuring that Carolina pitching staff with the massive amount of youth they currently have throughout that roster. I imagine, at some point, the org will send Hodges to Wisconsin to open a spot for a college arm. Trades over the next 24 hours may impact the inflows of new talent as well.
