    I was watching and i don't even know what the heck happened there.. I saw Koskie almost made a wonderful play going over his shoulder and then trying to fall back as he over ran it a little.. then the next thing you know the ball is up in the air again and Hall coasts over to grab it out of the air.. You know it was good when the hitter is clapping for you.

    I'm watching the MLB.TV broadcast of the Crew game and it's the Cincy team at it again.. They mentioned that when Jenkins was voted in on the final vote, Geoff said it was the most emotional thing that had ever happened to him in baseball. Just for those of you who think it doesn't matter. Oh and using the copy and paste method, i can get a vote in every 6 seconds.. that's 10 per minute, 600 per hour, 1800 per game! I think.... math check.

    Gosh is it fun to watch DD when he is on.. Bush looking more consistent, Davis getting back to form, Cappy getting over his sore forearm.. Ohka coming back.. bats are alive.. within range of the wildcard.

    Just tuned in, how did Davis look through 5? He seems a little shaky in the 6th but only 56 pitches and most of them strikes through 5? Awesome.. Is he finally back? stay tuned..

    I don't know that Chad should be sent away.. he handles the pitchers quite well.. But that doesn't mean we can't bring up Rivera. Why can't we bring up Rivera? For day games after night games, we can bring him in as an "offensive replacement" after the 6th inning. Maybe give him a few starts too, i don't know. Anything is better at the plate than Moeller right now..

    That pitch was strike 3.. I have no clue where it missed. Hey, Doug Eddings is the first base ump tonight... that means he will be behind the plate tomorrow right, right? If memory serves me correctly, he has a "brewer-friendly" strike zone.

    If it bruises it may hinder him a little but not for long. He'll be fine. The only way he's going on the DL or even missing a start is if something in his arm is broken or fractured... and i seriously doubt that's what happened.

    Koskie has been great at defense this year. He has some great reflexes over there on the hot corner. The only thing that has been somewhat lacking are his throws. Usually good, but in some situations he will bounce them. With that said, a guy who has played first for a long time would scoop most of those bad throws.

    I stand on Ned's side allowing Cappy to try and go the distance. That's part of baseball. Anyone who has played the game as a pitcher would know what that's like. You appreciate things like that. If these weren't people out there, and instead robots with the endurance of humans, then you pull him after you go up by 6.
