  1. I think that's 13 strikeouts in his last 24 ABs. Even with the alternatives of Barnwell and Cirillo not all that appealing, the numbers seem to suggest that Billy needs some time off.
  2. Looks to me like a man getting his prostate examined.
  3. Sometimes it pays to be lucky... Now get this last one and get out of here!
  4. Tying run at the plate with nobody out. Really need a DP here. A K would be OK, too.
  5. Good point. I guess the crowd is back to even for the night.
  6. Class move by the MKE fans. Made me proud to be a Brewers Fan.
  7. Good. The IBB gives Prince a chance to redeem himself. C'mon kid!
  8. Kolb got lucky tonight, but if he can't induce ground balls he is going to get touched up as the season goes on.
  9. Brady and Carlos don't seem to be on the same page.
  10. Lucky for Carlos, there was no sun through the glass to contend with...
  11. Kolb on the hill...I'm holding my breath.
  12. It sure is encouraging when they can answer a rally with a rally of their own.
  13. Capellan would help himself if he changed speeds a little bit (or a little bit more). He seems like he is leaving his pitches up in the zone, too. I think he needs some adjustments.
  14. Now is the time for Prince to break out of it.
  15. Just getting rid of Durrington and Magruder made it better.
  16. The move to pinch hit for Cappy is looking pretty good...at least for the moment.
  17. Given that it is early in the season, the strength of the Brewers pen and Cappy's injury history, the move to take him out makes sense.
  18. Even though they haven't cashed in at the plate the way I would like to see, MKE has been impressive turning DPs in the first couple of games.
  19. I don't think they would this early in the season. I think they are going to give Prince a chance to get himself on track.
  20. It is making me nervous how they are failing to cash in on repeated opportunities.
  21. I would have liked to see Vic stick around for another hitter or two...
  22. Yeah, that's kind of what I am afraid of. Maybe it's just Rickie working out the kinks. The errors don't matter until Monday, and even then they don't matter as much if he's producing more at the plate than he is giving up in the field.
  23. Another error by Rickie...and apparently on an easy throw. Hmmm. It is beginning to sound like the error problems might be a bit in is head. I suppose that it is possible that the more you work on something, the more you focus on a problem, the bigger the problem looms and it can become paralyzing. I hope that's not what is cooking in Rickie's head.
  24. Nice to hear TX make a baserunning mistake late in a close game. To hear some people talk, you'd think the Brewers were the only team to goof up that way.
