  1. I had to look it up but this team averages just under 10 TO/Game which isn’t all that bad. I thought it was higher because they have had a couple really bad TO games earlier this year
  2. I would love to see Higgins signed, then draft Tre Harris in the second round.
  3. My understanding is that recent court rulings have all but eroded any enforcement the NCAA has on player payment. International players are simply paid directly by boosters now instead of going through the NIL process like other players
  4. Zrnos commitment was $ related. It’s unclear if UW even offered him. I read somewhere that Gard is really concerned about team chemistry and paying someone like Zrno more than current roster players might cause some problems on that front
  5. Nice W for Team USA
  6. The hockey landscape is changing again next year with the addition of CHL players. Along with the portal there is certainly an opportunity to change the makeup of the team pretty drastically from year to year. Hopefully Hastings can learn something from the way Greg Gard has used the portal to build a competitive team quickly
  7. Been some tough sledding lately. Would be nice to have something positive happen for these guys to finish off the season
  8. This team just keeps getting better. Great road win.
  9. It will be interesting to reflect on this after the season is over. This team has really embraced modern analytics. They hunt quality shots early in the shot clock. They focus on getting in the paint, to the free throw line, and shooting threes. You can really see those offensive skill characteristics reflected in the players they have brought into the program lately.
  10. This teams improvement on the defensive end is a welcome development as we head into tournament season
  11. I’d imagine Scarfone has been feeling the pressure lately which probably doesn’t help either
  12. Looks like they are picking the aggressiveness up on offense. Get some shots to fall and hopefully they can get the W
  13. They don’t look like the same team from earlier this year
  14. Pretty much sums it up for me. Badgers had some difficulty with MD defensive pressure but still had plenty of open looks later in the shot clock that they just didn’t knock down. MD made 12 threes- that was pretty much the ball game. Would be nice to get Klesmit going before March comes around
  15. This has been one of the more enjoyable basketball seasons I have witnessed in a while. Really happy for big Steven Crowl, he has been more aggressive on both sides of the ball the last few weeks and makes this a much better team when he’s playing better
  16. They are set up for another exciting comeback victory
  17. Not an ideal way to start this one
  18. After Hastings called out Michigan for a dirty play last night, I would expect a little extra intensity tonight. Should be a good one. Go Badgers!
  19. Refs allowed RU to come out the second half and thug it up with the clutching and grabbing to slow the pace of the game. Actually a really good job to come out of this with a win. Hopefully Winter and Klesmit are able to return soon
  20. What happened to this team so far this half? Sloppy play, turnovers, poor decisions…
