    Just purchased a Toshiba Satellite Pro L740 laptop and am 100% impressed at this point. $449 at Best Buy and it is the fastest, most user friendly lapper that I have ever owned. Would really recommend this for the people in the market for a new machine...

    The Cardinals were not even all that much better defensively than the Brewers the Cardinals defense just never really was exposed like the Brewers was. The only spots that I see the Cardinals better at defensively are at C,1B, and SS. 2B is a wash if Weeks was healthy but he wasn't so the edge went to the Cardinals there but in the OF man is that defense horrible the only good defensive OF just like the Brewers played in CF. The Brewers and the Cardinals are not all that different offensively or defensively and pitching wise they were the same as each pitching staff under performed throughout the whole series. The Cardinals bullpen just pitched better than the Brewers bullpen did. So they're only stronger at 1/3 of the positions...no big deal...

    Preface: I have despised Fielder for several years. Those that know me on here probably remember my venom toward him after he attacked Manny Parra in the dugout. That said, teams like Milwaukee cannot blow 20% of their budget on one player. I know Attanasio said we will try to sign Fielder but it would be line-up suicide. My thought: move Hart to 1b, sign Nick Swisher/Jason Kubel/Coco Crisp/Michael Cuddyer for Rf (Crisp being my favorite as he can leadoff), replace Yuni w/ a defensive whiz, give Green his shot and this team is better than it was with Prince. Please...do not sign Prince.

    No, it's Yo's fault for the 4-0 start. RR didn't give up 4-5 hard hit fly-balls. He should be getting the ball on the ground or striking guys out. While Gomez would have caught Jay's ball, that doesn't excuse Yo for pitching terribly the rest of the way and walking batters. That is a good point... But as a manager you need to think about D, especially going against their ace. Honestly, Yo had to get 5 outs that inning. So yeah, I blame Roenicke and Kotsay there. Can you imagine how frustrating this has to be here for Yo? And then Kranitz had the balls to yell at him? This coaching staff can go out the door right now...

    34 years old. Recently went from 6', 301 to 275 lbs in 8 weeks. Stopped working out do to work travel and gained 2 lbs back but will begin workouts again tomorrow morning. Here is what I was doing: Running 2-4 miles 5 mornings a week. Doing P90x upper body workouts 3 days a week. Cut down fast food by at least 50% (work in outside sales...occupational hazard). Started supplementing nutrition with soy protein shakes post workout, creatine drinks before. Was that at least on the right track to burn weight quickly/safely? I didn't really make too many meal concessions other than the McDonalds aversion but losing 2-3 lbs a week was common. Was that too much too quick?

    Only thing is Lucroy didn't call the pitch to be right down the middle. And the pitch wasn't right down the middle so that works. Not sure which game you're watching ennder but that split the plate. So childish from Marcum...

    Just found out that I don't have a place to hunt for the Wisconsin Gun-deer season. Looked into leasing land...holy freaking expensive. May be the first season that I have missed in the last 22 years. BOO!

    I agree w/ the majority here...better to scrap that like your mechanic has recommended. Think this way as well...you've "had no problems with the car. It's been incredibly reliable. Other than brakes last year, we haven't had any major work done on the car in years." To me, this screams "Everything is about to go on this car!". Good luck with your vehicular search!
