I sure hope so. They haven’t done much shelling lately. -
Both are bad ballplayers. Like everyone else, the only role I see for Bauers is a late inning defensive replacement. Milner can be DFA’ed at this point for all I care.

With all the baseball experience he has you would think that something intellegent would have rubbed off. But Murphy can’t manage himself out of a wet paper bag. He can’t put a lineup together, has a very hard time managing a pitching staff, is clueless to pick up on when to sit struggling players, and definitely unable to comprehend when a player needs a rest. In other words Marc’s comment hits the nail on the head, tactically he trends to a very poor manager. The one thing he has going for him is he seems to have a good relationship with his players.
