  1. Time to switch channels, Packer game is starting.
  2. Holly cow, the Brewers just got their 3rd hit.
  3. That was Bauers tonight (0.195).
  4. Murphy has been a total failure in putting together a competent batting lineup all season long.
  5. At least we’ll make the playoffs.
  6. Wadda expect Murphy when you trot out a lineup like this.
  7. I sure hope Muph’s someone up in the pen.
  8. Turang looks much more comfortable and the plate in today’s lineup. Maybe he is not as stressed since Murphy move him down 8 spots. How long do you think Pat will bat him 9th?
  9. Looks like the umps have a plane to catch. Robots x5.
  10. No need for Misi when you have Ashby pumping 99 mph fastballs.
  11. 99 mph sinker from Ashby……WOW he’s back, yes!
  12. Cutting and pasting from the Packer’s beat writers article who have probably watched more kicks than most everyone except their team’s employees. Maybe you should apply for one of their jobs, since your opinion is more valuable to their readers. BTW- Their accuracy is approximately equivalent.
  13. I think if it is between Carlson vs. Joseph they will pick Joseph. He has the most experience and an appreciatively longer/stronger leg. However, I think Gutey will do everything he can to find a more accurate kicker via trade or during cutdowns tomorrow.
  14. I would have said five. So I could have been sleeping some of those games, because that happens.” I always suspected this was true with many of the decisions emanating from the Brewer dugout this year. Now Murphy admits to it.
  15. Pretty obvious huh? LOL. The quote below is from an article published in the Journal/Sentinel on Monday, August 26 by Pete Dougherty and Eric Baranczyk. Next time I’ll take your definitive player opinions with a grain of salt. In any event, the truth is there’s minimal difference between the two. The call here would be Joseph, who has the slightly stronger leg…
  16. I really don’t think either the Cubs or Cards make the playoffs. The Wild Card teams most likely are the Padres, Diamondbacks with the third WC either the Braves or Mets.
  17. Actually, I think Joseph has a much bigger leg than Carlson. He’s made a 61 yard FG in an NFL game. Carlson’s longest is 57 yards. However, I agree with most everyone on this site that % made FG is most important and they should see what else is available before game 1.
