    Cutting and pasting from the Packer’s beat writers article who have probably watched more kicks than most everyone except their team’s employees. Maybe you should apply for one of their jobs, since your opinion is more valuable to their readers. BTW- Their accuracy is approximately equivalent.

    I think if it is between Carlson vs. Joseph they will pick Joseph. He has the most experience and an appreciatively longer/stronger leg. However, I think Gutey will do everything he can to find a more accurate kicker via trade or during cutdowns tomorrow.

    I really don’t think either the Cubs or Cards make the playoffs. The Wild Card teams most likely are the Padres, Diamondbacks with the third WC either the Braves or Mets.

    Actually, I think Joseph has a much bigger leg than Carlson. He’s made a 61 yard FG in an NFL game. Carlson’s longest is 57 yards. However, I agree with most everyone on this site that % made FG is most important and they should see what else is available before game 1.
