    Man--it's funny how everything starts to look like the vent thread when things aren't going so great. With regards to Prince and Braun, I thought they should be getting days off once in a while. I didn't like to see EVERYONE resting yesterday but give the guys a break--they need it from time to time. But if they lose, I'll blame it on Ned for holding Prince out today. Seriously, though, I will.

    OK. I've read 7 pages but can't finish. My thoughts, as if you care: 1. Prospects: They are just that. We love them as Brewers fans because it's all that we know. In 3 years, this trade may suck but so be it. 2. Bullpen: Linebrink may be struggling but I'll take him any day of the week. We now have 3 power throwing 8/9 guys that can interchange. 3. Melvin: In him I trust. For the next 3 trades, he has the benefit of the doubt. Brewers fans wanted something and here it is. GO CREW.

    What if they kept the lights off and used a glow in the dark ball. That'd be pretty unique. Seriously, though, I've been really underimpressed with his entrances this year. I think you're on to something when you say they need to spice it up. The KOKO thing just doesn't do it for me. You need to have some style for one of the best in the game. I think you get that when you've been somewhere for a while and he most very likely won't be here next year.

    Classic. He also would have hustled had he hit one on the ground. Nice defeatest attidude there. Now why don't you go ahead and predict that they'll lose first place in less than a week? If that's the best you can come up with regarding Hall batting over Estrada in the 5 hole, then just go away. I'm sorry...I didn't mean any of that....it's the loss talking....

    Why are people so amped up about Bill Hall coming back? Estrada #5? Hall #5? Who would you rather have up with bases loaded and nobody out. I haven't read any of the vents tonight. I had to walk away and take some me time after that game.. I watched "The Godfather" for the first time today and I'd like to make Johnny an offer he couldn't refuse. I would say, "Johnny. When you hit the ball, I insist you run like you hit the ball. In fact, I insist you run when you hit the ball." AAARRRGGHHH!!!!
