  1. Yes he has a full slate of pitches, and occasionally changes arm angle. That is why even though I agree with this article for the most part, I would actually like to see Ashby in this role as apprentice. Coming back from myriad arm issues, combined with the fact that he really is only a three pitch pitcher and has performed better in the bullpen, I think he needs to be brought along very slowly and handled with care. Gasser has already proven he can handle a large workload and retain his stuff throughout a long season of starts.
  2. I wouldn’t mind any of those moves save Trevor Bauer. I would have to consider suicide if I ever found myself rooting for him :(
  3. This is some absurdly wonderful stuff. Gets me hyped wayyy too early. Thank you for providing it :)))
  4. I don’t understand how turang cant even make contact with a straight fastball down the pipe
  5. Turangs swing literally looks like it’s design to get pop ups.
  6. They just love depth so much I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t if he was willing (not retiring).
  7. I’m guessing if it goes to extra innings. Craig will just put someone like Small in for the duration right?
  8. Uribe does throw a 4 seam also. That pitch works high as an occasional different look especially against lefties. When he obviously overthrew most of his sinkers that inning, by my lights Caritini didn’t call for a 4 seamer once. This is why pitchers have that extra pitch to go to it when you can’t find you primary one. I think that inning was a pathetic showing by Victor behind the plate when he should really be trying to help this rookie along.
  9. Ahhh that’s a very relieving report by Sophia. Glad they’re not just gonna completely coast the rest of the season :)
  10. I am starting to get concerned that the end of this season is starting to mimic 2021. Timing is so important to hitters. Very few of them hit well after a week off. It can take 2 or 3 games to get your timing and rhythm back. Sometimes that’s a series. I had hoped Craig had learned from that. We’ll see how the lineup looks tomorrow.
  11. Does anyone know why Gasser isn’t making his last start?
  12. Man it’s getting to the point where I’m starting to get pretty concerned about Payamps.
  13. Yes the addition of Cantanha has just brought a whole new level of professionalism to the Brewers offense.
  14. Hahaha Dilliard says they must have brought in a lefty to keep Santana batting right….he’s a much better hitter batting right!!! Is he daft??
  15. Man seeing Yelich rip a double against a lefty is very encouraging after last nights game :)
  16. Woody’s velocity is noticeably down, but he’s still hittin 95….not sure what to make of that.
  17. Counsell’s the most careful injury coach in the league, especially with his top guys. Just can’t imagine there is any situation he’d leave him out if something was wrong with Woody’s body.
  18. What a gun by Willy. Maybe the Crew celebrated a little more after the cameras turned off last night 😎
  19. I’m not knocking Andruw at all. I think Brice would have a chance at that ball, as crazy as that sounds.
  20. I like the lineup when Cantanha is hitting back to back. Also I’m happy Counsell isn’t just automatically sitting Frelick against lefties. I’m glad he’s getting to play consistently.
  21. I can’t imagine fighting for a playoff spot and jockeying for position this late in the season and being on the other end of this game…. Earlier in the season you just turn the page but this no good!
  22. So does anyone know what Tyrone Taylor is dealing with? He was pulled from the lineup late yesterday and out today??
  23. I really, really like the fact that Craig finally accepted that Frelick is not a good option in the 4 spot. Personally I'd love for him to stay hitting leadoff, but I like this lineup, and like it well.
  24. Ahhhh its relaxing and comforting to see the crew casually pour it on in their last matchup of the season right in front of cardinals fans :)))
  25. Does anyone know what’s wrong with Walker? I had never read that he was the worst defensive looking player in the world sans Eloy Jiminez.
