    I give the edge to the Brewers because the Cubs bullpen will still give up a lot of runs just like last season. Also the Brewers have the managerial edge, Murphy was always the mentor.

    Do the Brewers have any 3rd base favorites now that Ortiz has moved to short? The only one I can think of is Oliver Dunn unless we acquire someone in a trade with our overloaded outfield?

Most franchises would have said to him, time to hang it up and retire. Shout out to the Brewers and we will miss you Bob Uecker.

    Fox 6 is talking about Uecker now and he told a story about the only time he was legitimately kicked out of a locker room and Vince Lombardi was the guy who kicked him out after a game. He will be missed that is for sure for his broadcasting ability and humor.

    I did not hear about the cancer until now but I suspected maybe it was.

    I remember that, when Yelich was all choked up and watery eyes and he kept it private as I'm sure Uke wanted. A baseball icon for sure. RIP Bob.

    I agree 100% because his ceiling max is about 3 innings when he is right so being a middle reliever would be perfect for him. We have to somehow prevent his injuries from reoccurring, He is awesome when his arm is right. Heck, starting pitchers are lucky to make it threw 6 innings now days anyway.

    Agreed, Contreras definitely is way better than Haase no argument there. There was a 2 month span where Contreras looked really burnt out tired during last summers heat. I kept saying to my family, "I think he needed a day off." I believe it was right before the all star break and maybe a little after. It was in the upper 80's every single day it seemed during his slump.

    What are Eric Haase Major weaknesses? It has to be his game calling or arm because he definitely has speed and seems to have at least mediocre ability at the plate when he does play? I think Contreras catching 155 games is a little on the high side, especially in the dog days of summer when it is 90+ degrees out, even though he was fairly consistent all season. Any opinions?

    Yes he does and can, it's called a weight and strength training program with keeping flexibility. Oliver Dunn is the same exact height as Black yet weighs 20 pounds more. Beef up some Black.
