  1. Bears play the Eagles next. This will be the Bears test to see if they are for real, for real.
  2. Lol, Packers one of the best 3rd and long teams in the NFL. Just means there 3rd and long a lot.
  3. The Bucks are almost unwatchable when Giannis is not in there and Doc Rivers has zero answers for this team.
  4. Can't peak to early 🤣
  5. I hope Denver winds there clock today. Time for a changing of the guard.
  6. "Ohtani Rule," Messes me up which allows a pitcher to remain in the game as a designated hitter (DH) after he is done pitching. But I thought Ohtani played 1st base also on a day he pitched?
  7. I'm also surprised that Quero is so "Jacked!" No way he is only 203 pounds.
  8. So you can't go from DH to catcher if Contreras gets hurt when Shohei can do what ever he pleases?
  9. I think Quero is better than Haase and better than Danny Jansen who was totally unimpressive this past season IMHO. Quero also could DH, Quero's issues have always been injuries. Spring Training will tell us a lot more and is less than 100 days away.
  10. Could you imagine what he could do if we could even get up to the MLB avg in payroll?
  11. Also, Matt Arnold Named 2025 MLB Executive Of The Year. Arnold Becomes the First Two-Time Winner of the Award. Now we just need a richer owner to really make it work well.
  12. I Agree: Just looked at his numbers and they were better than I thought they were. But the headlines didn't help his cause. "Isaac Collins gave birth to a child and lost the ability to hit a baseball."
  13. I was happy about everything this year until the Dodger series. The Brewers played that series like the whole team had COVID.
  14. I would blame both Love and Lafleur for the bad offense. Love needs to do what he thinks is correct but if he audibles it better work or he probably will get chastised.
  15. Agree 100% In fact Love is regressing and not getting better but a lot of blame has to fall on LaFleur because Aaron Rodgers was known for audibling out of plays called by Matt LaFleur which I know made Matt's blood boil.
  16. Almost seems like Lafleur may be a "hack."
  17. Holy Crap! Cleveland Guardians closer Emmanuel Clase and right-handed starter Luis L. Ortiz have been indicted on charges stemming from alleged gambling misconduct -- specifically manipulating bets on individual pitches. The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York announced the charges on Sunday and unsealed the indictment at the federal courthouse in Brooklyn. Ortiz has already been arrested in Boston, while Clase is not in custody. The Department of Justice has charged the pair with wire fraud conspiracy, honest services wire fraud conspiracy, conspiracy to influence sporting contests by bribery, and money laundering conspiracy. Clase's alleged actions date back to May of 2023, while Oritz's began in June of 2025. Furthermore, Clase's actions are alleged to have benefitted bettors by a sum of $700,000, while Ortiz's accrued to the benefit of co-conspiring gamblers by a sum of $60,000. Overall, bettors conspiring with the pair made at least $450,000 from betting platforms, prosecutors allege. Clase is alleged to have communicated with bettors via text messages during games. The pair could face up to 65 years in prison if convicted on all charges. The indictment reads:
  18. The Joe La Sorsa story: https://www.velouniversity.com/post/against-the-odds-joe-la-sorsas-unconventional-journey-from-overlooked-prospect-to-professional-baseball-success
  19. I agree 100% if you mean Murphy was relentless until we locked up the division then everyone got the good break they were looking forward to and could not get the freight train restarted for the playoffs, they were just beat down as far as I'm concerned.
  20. He would probably throw his first no hitter if he were pitching against us.
  21. I think he is very capable of another good season, he has still young, 25 now. Just stay injury free.
  22. This is to dumb to say anywhere else. The official population of Luckenbach, TX. is often cited on a sign in the area as, "Population 3 and one dog".
  23. I heard a first report on FOX it probably is an ACL.
  24. Michael Strahan said the Packers were to Cavalier in there approach today, LeFlure and Love both.
