    [ simply cuz u believe that yost screwed up today (about what I do not know).... you give me a "don't do that again" slap on the wrist because I called the guy who basically said ned yost tanks games an idiot. just doesn't add up buddy. ] The whole rule about calling people names is in place for everyone, no matter what they say.

    [ People with out any passengers using the carpool lane while I sit patiently in line with everyone else. Just once, I wish they had a cop standing right next to the traffic light handing out tickets. I get sooo freaking mad just thinking about. ] Ditto. It's at least once a day as I'm getting on I-94 westbound from Hwy 100 that I see this happen. Seems like it'd be easy money.

    [ I mean, honestly, how long will management allow this to happen before they realize this could really cost us games this year? In all seriousness, he is a huge liability out there in CF (I hold my breath every time a ball is hit in his direction). ] He's getting to balls that Gross or Clark wouldn't get to... So I can live with SOME on the job training. I think he's a good enough athlete to overcome it, but it's painful as hell to watch right now.

    [ I agree. Why didn't he leave Shouse in or bring in Tbow for the final out? Terrible decision by Yost and he deserves the blame for losing this game. ] I wouldn't have left Shouse in against the lefty, nor would I have forced Turnbow to throw to 4 batters... but I would have gone and warmed up Dessens when it was obvious Aquino was ineffective.

    [ People will bag on him and then jump back aboard when he does something good. ] Or, many of us look at each call in isolation and weigh in on it. [ Its what we got so we need to live with it. I try to be a fan and look at things realistically. Some just love, then hate, and then love again. Just cheer for the brewers and take it easy on the blood pressure. ] This is not going to be simply a Brewers lovefest site. Quite frankly, I'm getting a little fed up of you telling everyone how they're not fans because they disagree.

    [ In order for a pitcher to have been ready when Aquino started struggling, Ned would have needed to make a call to the bullpen when Aquino threw his first couple of pitches to his first hitter. I don't know any manager that would have done that. Can't yank Aquino unless there's relief ready. ] That's when it would have been appropriate to do the slow walk out to the mound and buy some time.

    [ Anyone blaming Yost for the pitching does not follow the team and know who he had left. He was out of options and was trying to get to bow in the 8th. Get off the bridge and blame aquino for not getting an out. ] I'm more of a homer than not, but this one's on Yost. The loss may be Aquino's, but the 4-run loss is Yost's. Brewers77, there will never be a Yost move that you disagree with.
