    You have as much chance of pitching this season for the Brewers as Hader does. It’s not happening……and giving up prospect capital for him……when the bullpen is the least of our problems would be idiotic to be kind.

    Yelich having an excellent season and people still calling his contract an “ albatross “……smh id rather they bring Black up then trade him……..I am not at all anxious to give up 6 years of his hit tool for a rental……Brewers need to have inexpensive talent that can hit……..obviously no sure things but I want to see what he can do up here.

    I think because if they don’t agree to a number it’s likely they won’t get picked in that slot…….so the value goes down…..and they lose leverage. I think every player has a number in mind……after talking to their family and agents.
