Interesting decision to go with Henderson today and push Patrick back for the Cards. Obviously it gets Patrick an extra day’s rest but I think the fact that Washington is so lefty dominant also probably played a part in the decision…….theoretically Henderson’s change up should play better against them and Patrick might have more success against St Louis.

Lefty righty matchup…..Gary has mashed lefties so with men on he went with the platoon advantage

They asked Miz after the game if he’s had cramping issues in the past and he said yes…….Murph said they were optimistic.

That was enjoyable……..hoping the best for Woody but at least we have some good options if he has to miss time.

Find someone to love you like Murph loves Greg Jones………Chourio can’t get here soon enough but in the meantime just run Lockridge or even Perkins out there……my god

“interesting that they want to maintain 4 LHP in the BP.” Not as interesting as the DBacks having zero! lol

From Adam Chourio and Vaughn tentatively will play five innings tomorrow night in Nashville against Norfolk. The Brewers are targeting a May 4 return date -- the opener of a three-game series in St. Louis.
