Well said and I agree. It’s amazing we have a chance with this roster and Yelich and Hiura playing so poorly relative to expectations.

His career numbers vs lefties are horrible. The reason he’s been a bright spot is because he’s only playing vs righties.

Royals up 9-1......assuming they hold on if Brewers can go 3-2 they would tie Cards and hold tie breaker in a 2 way tie scenario.

Yep.....the lab awaits him in the off season.......if they can’t figure it out he has no place in a rotation To be honest though, lab or no lab, Houser doesn't have the arm that Burnes does. No doubt......but he doesn’t have to be Burnes to be an effective starter. Just want him to be decent......

I don't believe he was but if wrong we are screwed. What did he say? He sort of suggested that The Brewers and Yelich were cheating I think. Specifically at home. Of course Yelich had great numbers on the road too so he’s likely full of it.

Just get so few pitches to hit against Bauer.........his command is just outstanding.

So another start for Nottingham against a rightie......and we know he will also start tomorrow with Burnes pitching. Obviously he won’t catch every game the rest of the way but it appears that CC has decided to go with the better defender as his starter since neither of them are hitting much. Nottingham’s power to run into one every once in awhile also probably a factor.

Think Suter is lined up to pitch Friday.....doubt we see him tonight. I so want to see some crazy, outside-the-box stuff. Counsell has been so "by the book" this year. It's time to get crazy. Heck, they can start Peralta on Friday. Lets see some originality and excitement. It's time. Freddy has been better vs lefties this season then Suter..........over 120 points lower in ops allowed. I don't care about outside the box thinking........I want CC to do what he thinks is best.....not to do what fans think is exciting.

Just a reminder.......if Reds win tomorrow they own the tie breaker vs the Brewers in case of a tie. No tie breaker games this season. If Brewers win then head to head is even and they would go,to division record.
